Beautiful view. Too many homeless people. Impossible to use restrooms without walking a gauntlet of homeless people. City of Laguna Beach allows the homeless to dominate the park. Not recommend unless you are accompanied by a group of young men.

Came here with my young kids in early June, but there was no street parking available, so it cost $20 to park in a nearby lot. There are no child play structures or kid friendly activities, except the beach, which is accessed either by many many steep stairs or a crazily pitched incline path. The bathrooms are new and clean,... More

Love the view from this park. The parking is right in front of the park so easy for walking to Las Brisas.

Don't miss out on Heisler Park. Nice sidewalks to walk along the cliff and look at the ocean. Laguna Beach is beautiful.

Best view, from the South end, next to Las Brisas (good, also!) is a great view of Main Beach, Hotel Laguna, et.al. Walk along the paths, restrooms available as are parking tokens or quarters. Great views from any point of the Pacific, the coastline, low tide-the sand, waves, rocks and crescent Bay at the north end. Best park in Laguna!

Great place to spend the day on the beach, walking the cliffs along the shore, and enjoying God's beautiful creation. Beautiful area that is much nicer than most of LA's other beaches. Worth a day trip if in the LA area.

Heisler Park is just like what you'd expect from a California beach. Parks, basketball, volleyball, a trail, and a beautiful beach. Make it a part of your trip.
