I organized a corporate team builder for 30 men/women of varying ages. The 30 attendees were split into 3 teams that had guided instruction on how to prepare the food. 1 team was in charge of preparing the appetizer, 1 team for the salad, and 1 team assembled the dessert. The group had such a GREAT time! We prepared a... More

I had the pleasure of joining a group of women here to celebrate a friend's birthday. All 12 of us sat around the kitchen island while our hostesses, Bibi and Mariela, demonstrated how to cook an amazing Morrocan meal. We had chicken tagine with perfectly spiced couscous and a outstanding orange salad. We brought our own champagne and wine and... More

This was a very tasty group outing, would recommend. We were there as a small office holiday party, but it would also be good for a group of friends or a family outing. The chef knows her stuff and was funny, helpful and accommodating.

Bibi was very thoughtful, engaging, and knowledgeable about cooking. She helps create a great atmosphere and though she's the teacher, she is very good about responding to questions. Highly recommended.

I attended a work retreat at HCG last week. It was a group of 12 and we learned how to cook a combo of French Italian. The cooking was super easy and I liked how Vivi told lots of stories as she went. She was great at keeping people engaged and putting them to work! The food was great and... More

I love to cook, so when I saw what HCG had to offer I wanted to attend a class. My husband and I learned to make an "authentic" paella with 6 other participants on a Friday evening. You are encouraged to bring your own wine for sipping while you watch the presentation. A pairing was even suggested by e-mail a... More
