2 courses - the south is where they have played the US Open - and is long and tough - can't play 9 - only 18. The North is shorter, not easier, but you can play 9. Very challenging greens.

This is a beautiful course, but for the $200 +geen fees one would expect working marshalls to keep the pace of play going. And how about water in the ball washers? This is a glorified municipal course with excessive green fees and outrageous $40 per person booking fees! There are better places to play where one can get the expected... More

As a non San Diego resident single golfer you'll need to show up before 5:30 am to get in line and get on the standby list to play. You should get out before 8:00. That's the only way to play since they don't book tee times for non resident singles. Other than that, the course was amazing. I played the... More

A great golf course, in fact both 18's are right up there with the best. I played this several years ago and it was right after the tour event so it was in magical condition. If you're in the area it's well worth playing. Steve North

I played the North Course a couple of days ago, and the course was in excellent shape. The views are great, and the employees are friendly. For San Diego residents the best time to play is Monday-Thursday, when green fees are $27.00. A cart is extra, but the North Course can be walked by fit people. There is a nice pro... More

As it was raining on the day we played we felt like we had the course to ourselves! My husband and I played alone, no others were placed with us so a real bonus on his birthday! We played the easier of the two courses and conditions were not that good, but we enjoyed the scenery and immaculate conditions. A... More

I normally do not review a golf course BUT Torrey Pines is both legendary and challenging in a beautiful setting. Because it is a public course which has hosted US Opens as well as many PGA tournaments you must play. We played a month after the Farmers Open. The course was in excellent shape and the rough was ROUGH. Interestingly... More

Love this place! :) Friendly staff and beautiful rooms.I love the hotel was built around the trees. The rooms were spacious and the staff was exceedingly pleasant to interact with.
