Fun course - almost no water and lots of sand traps. The greens and fairways are in so-so condition. But it is a muni. Had a good time.

My husband was very happy to come to my high school reunion since he was going to play golf here! The lack of water had hurt the greens, a lot of dead grass but the greens were nice. You can't beat the views. Cut was a beautiful day all around

Okay I didn't play golf here. I stayed one evening at the Hilton, had a beautiful view of the course and ocean and my wife and I found a way to walk the course late. We strolled though several fareways and greens. It was a pleasant walk and looked like a well kept course. We could see the golfers in... More

Had lunch there overlooking the golf course. Really nice views. The menu was good and not really expensive at all. Had a Cobb salad which was great. The burgers are supposed to be fantastic, didn't have one. The service was a bit pushy though which was kind of irritating.

Great course and good prices. Staff is very nice and good rental clubs. Make sure you bring your camera for the great beach shots. Fast course so plan to keep up with every one. We had someone the used the trees on very hole to relieve himself. Get there early if you need food. Great time as always.

Great views but greens filled with disease. Currently, would rate as OK muni course with wonderful ocean views. Once you are over scenery, golf experience just OK and not work money.

Turned up at 3:30 with no booking at 3:30, got out by 4 for $110 (twilight rate). Very nice course, long at 7000+. Pace of play is slow though and only just got 18 in and that was playing the 18th in the dark. Definitely worth the twilight rate, some good holes with nice views.

The course is challenging and you can't beat the scenery on the north or south course. Love that the course is wide open but if you catch it after a PGA tournament the rough is so tall you could lose your ball 1 yard off the fairway.

What can I say? If you're from out of town and want to pony up the $$ to say you've played a U.S. Open course, than go for it. Both tracks are fun and have special holes/views but the South is the one you want to say you played. If I wasn't a local with a resident card, I don't... More

Have played here every chance I get.. Great layout - challenging from all levels of players. The holes along the ocean cliff walls are incredible. The views affect the golf. Lots of hang gliders too. Guest rooms and pro shop - all nice too - showing some age.
