I went on the La Jolla caves tour. I had never gone kayaking before, but they were very good at explaining everything and I had no trouble managing the single kayak. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and told great stories. The water was too rough to actually go inside the caves or go too far out, but... More

I've been on a few of their kayak tours and all of them were fun. The tour guides are very friendly and informative. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they make it for a beginner to quickly grasp the technique of kayaking. The tour in itself provides an enjoyable blend of kayaking and marine life sighting.

We had a great time doing the 7 Caves Kayak tour with them. It was a very busy weekend, and it may have led to the disorganization, but overall it was a still a very pleasant time on the water. And, we got to see plenty of seals!

We did a bike and kayak tour from the La Jolla location. When I made the reservation the girl told me to allow plenty of time as parking was difficult, she didn't mention that it was almost impossible. Our tour started at 1:30 and we arrived around noon, luckily because we needed that much time to park and walk to... More

We did the kayak ans snorkel tour with Veronica and Niko as our guides. They were very knowledgeable about the reserve and its inhabitants. They took us into a cave where seal lions were basking in the sun. What an experience. Niko was a great help when we flipped the kayak not once but twice in a row!!! Needless to... More

We got a great deal through Groupon but booked to late to take the La Jolla tour. Instead we took the kayak tour that leaves from Coronado. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed being on the water with spectacular city and bridge views. However, the description suggested there would be wildlife and there was none (unless you count... There are several kayak companies to choose from, but friends of ours used this company and raved about them. I'm glad we followed their advice :) Our instructor was super knowledgeable, beyond the "script" of information they have. My husband asked several questions and she was able to answer them all. Above all, she seemed to really enjoy her job,... More

I debated which tour company I should go with and ended up with Bike and Kayak because they have a current Groupon offer. We used the Groupon on the same day that we bought it and had no issue reserving our spot online. I'm glad I chose this company because I think they tend to have smaller groups. It ended... More

It was our first time kayaking and this was the perfect place to do it. It was an absolutely beautiful location. The tour operator gave great instruction and made us feel very comfortable. They provided everything we needed, kayak, helmet, life jacket, etc. You can even rent a Go Pro video camera to attach to your helmet. On the tour... More
