This was our first time Kayaking and it was recommended by Trip Advisor (thanks TA), to book through San Diego Bike & Kayak. There are other companies but you stated that they had large groups and SD Bike & Kayak did not. You were right! Our group had only 5 of us and the other companies in the cove had... More

Family of (4), we booked a kayak tour of the 7 caves. Parking is really hard in that town, everything is on-street. So give yourself extra time before you check in to find a place. Despite having reservations, check-in was crazy busy but they got us through in about 15 mins. Then it was a 2 block walk to the... More

We booked a cave tour to see the sea lions. We had 2 guides who started very late. One guy was so pleased with himself and kept making awful jokes and telling us boring info. All we wanted to do was go in the cave and see the sea lions along with leopard sharks on the way over. They didn't... More

5 of us booked a sunset kayak tour of the sea caves at La Jolla. When we arrived, the place was a mob scene of like-minded people waiting for the tour. The sign in process went smoothly with the help of the friendly staff, most of whom are tour guides as well. The actual process of getting out on the... More

Second time we've rented kayaks and visited the LJ caves using SD Bike and Kayak and enjoyed it very much. There are significantly more sea lions (they are not seals) around the caves/cove area than there were just a few years ago and you can kayak right up to them. We saw a very young newborn sea lion on our... More

My nine year old son and I opted for the kayak and snorkel tour. The guides gave great instruction and guidance throughout our adventure! We explored a cave and saw sea cliffs. The guides were patient and informative. A shout out to DJ for extra instruction and guidance. The equipment was clean and in good condition. We only saw one... More

Professional staff and very informative. Go early to avoid too many waves at the start and finish. Great way to see the caves and surrounding areas in La Jolla. Careful with your sunglasses-- 1500 lost and counting!

We did the Kayak Tour, highly recommend to pre book and get the snorkel tour with it. We missed out as only went down on the day, which was a Monday. Awesome crew, and a must do!

We booked a kayak trip and travelled all the way to the shop, only to find that our trip had been cancelled. The issue was not that the trip got cancelled because things happen and we get that. The thing that annoyed us was that nobody had the decency to call and let us know... Total waste of time!!!

My son & I just got back from San Diego and had an amazing, adventurous vacation thanks to the tour guides from the San Diego Bike & Kayak tours, Coronado Island location. We booked the half day sunset Bike & Kayak tour around Coronado Island. Kyle was our biking tour guide, he was great, friendly and very knowledgeable about Coronado's... More
