My wife and I had wonderful experience for sunday brunch. We also brought our friends from east coast for lunch. They enjoyed the food and atmosphere
Haven't had a chance to play golf here... We attended a wedding at the "Barn" which was no ordinary venue. It was nicely decorated and the parents added significant touches to the aesthetics. There was significant room for plenty of people to dine and have a dance floor. It was the rustic look for an elegant event which made it... More
This course is pricy but worth the money. It has really great views, several water holes, some tight fairways but it is a great challenge course. For the women, there is a par 6 on the 12th hole. Yes, you read that right- par 6. It is my life goal to birdie that hole so it keeps me coming back.... More
A beautiful property, but the golf is difficult. The course is narrow and long, but if you play conservatively, you might have some balls left in the bag. The staff was "ok", but they could be more accomodating. I played on a discount card I bought from Costco so it was worth it, but I wouldn't pay full price.
Strawberry Farms has a great layout/design. Recently they've made a lot of improvements in grass around the greens. They are also in the process of improving all the bunkers. You want to keep the ball in the fairway off the tee or it will be a long day. The restaurant has great food.
Charming. Secluded. serves lunch weekdays which is very elegant. Price reasonable. A nice treat. My friend had her husbands 50th birthday party here and said it was a great venue.
When I visited SFGC the fairways were dormant so it didn't have all of the lush green that I would have liked to have seen in a SoCal GC. Overall the course was in good shape. The staff was very friendly and we played during the p.m. during the week so the pace of play was just as fast as... More
One of the treasures of Irvine indeed with aromas of sweet strawberries permeating the air as you tee off. The designs of the courses with images of old ranch life peppered in the different holes. Very fun layout!
I just visited this course with my parents. They really liked this course. Staffs were kind and generous.(for Irvine residence?) Field staffs are basically golf school students. They are also kind and very well trained for managing customers. I heard courses are designed by Greg Norman. That's another reason why I played here. I recommend you call pro-shop before you... More
Have played here only once but have eaten here and have practiced here many times. everything is well done, well presented and a little pricey. But since you know that going in the experience is a very positive one. The Course is fun to play and some of the holes are very picturesque.
