LOVE this idea! I just wish it weren't so crowded. My daughter barely got to enjoy most of the exhibits without being pushed around by older kids (some of which shouldn't be there). One girl tried to sweep my 3 year old daughter off the stage because she wanted to be the only one on there! The staff was really... More

Overpriced. The facility need a facelift.... or a cleanup. My son enjoyed the stage show. I liked the food options in the vending machines, healthy and organic.

Took my two grandchildren here for an afternoon and it kept them busy for several hours. It is better for younger children my 11 year old was a little too old while the 5 year old loved it. They have different things for them to do on different months so is always changing,

I'm a grandma, and sometimes it's nice to find a place where they can play to their little hearts' content and I can interact as much as I may want. There are multiple rooms, which include all age levels and interests. HINT: Be sure you're all wearing comfortable "play" clothes.

Was going to be in the OC for the weekend so the wife wanted to bring the kids here. Stopped by maybe about an hour after they opened and the parking lot was completely full so we were left with parking on the street(actually down the street since it was packed.) I was thinking, great...this place is ridiculously busy judging... More

Went here for a birthday party but had been here twice before. This is a really great place to take your toddler-aged children. It's a great mini-city housed in an industrial type building. The kids had a blast doing art projects, playing in the grocery store and doctors offices, and preparing and serving meals at the restaurant. They also learned... More

This is an awesome little place with different stations for children to make believe. It has everything from a grocery store where kids can shop or play register, to a beach. Kids can to art and farm as well. I think the entrance fee is a bit pricey, but you can spend a couple of hours there.

We spent the whole day here with our almost four year old grandson. He loved every minute and wasn't bored at all. He was so excited at all the new stations, always finding something to interest and amuse him. All the assistants were very friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough positive things about pretend city. Well worth the money,... More

Needed a place to kill a couple hours with my sister while in Irvine. We headed to Pretend City and the girls went crazy jumping from station to station and store to store. So cute to see them driving on the streets with mini cars, shopping and playing with the water fountains at the "beach/pier". Funky hours, not open Mondays... More

This place is a dream come true for kids that like to pretend. From a doctors office, dental office, police station, fire house, stage, art studio, grocery store, garden, and much more. Kids can drive around and pretend to be whatever they want to. It's a blast and fun for adults. This is primarily for the younger crew about 6... More
