I've been coming here for 18 years and never get tired of this place. Great movie theatre with IMAX and RPX. Excellent choice of restaurants between high end and casual. Lots and lots of shops, kiosks. Great place for people watching.

The Spectrum was huge - we did a part one later afternoon and another part the next day when family wanted to explore. Did not get to view the whole thing as it is huge! A new Courtyard Marriott is a short drive so access to the variety of restaurants on the north end was easy.

Always packed irregardless of time going...weekday/weekend and morning/afternoon/evening. Endless eating choices to choose from. Outdoor walking. Clean. Has valet parking near the restaurant end. It's a maze here you'll get lost on your first trip here.

We stayed only 2 nights in Irvine but visited Irvine Spectrum both nights. Very nice area good atmosphere shops, cinema, ice cream and a great selection of restaurant to choose from. If in the area you should give this place a try!

This is it! A lovely outdoor mall... Enjoy a casual stroll... This is mid-market shopping.... Macy's is the anchor along with Target. There are lots of shops, eateries, theatres and a comedy club. There is a neat train and a carousel. Grab a coffee and people watch.

This is a shopping mall with and extreme list of eateries. We went from the Nationals Swim meet to the Spectrum on three occasions. At nights this place is loaded with people and it is fun just to sit and watch them go by. They have a large parking garage that at times seems to be a bit too small... More

My wife and I discovered Irvine Spectrum Center when we ate at Cucina Enoteca. The center is close to the Orange County Airport (SNA); too far to walk but a cheap cab ride. The center has a nice wholesome atmosphere about it with families hanging out, enjoying the evening. We discovered an awesome selection of restaurants, the cinema and good... More

Living near Irvine may dilute my fascination with the Spectrum, but in reality it's just a glorified mall. There are big name shops/stores, boutiques, sit down restaurants, a theater, food court, ferris wheel, and merry-go-round. Vendors are set up throughout, and it is usually crowded and difficult to find parking. If that's your cup of tea, you'll love this place... More

Difficult walk to and from car especially if one has a disability. Main concert was good and at a good sound level. First 3 performances way tool loud.

Very crowded (parking, especially), all of the typical stores, but with over-the-top landscaping/architecture. Also, it was our first time seeing a parking garage with a continually updated display of available spaces. If you gotta shop, might as well do it in a nice place!
