There is no other beach like this anywhere. Over 10 miles of uninterrupted sand, wide enough to set volleyball, umbrellas, surf contests and the like. Followed by cliffs and secluded, picturesque beaches in the south part of the county. It could take you days to see all of it, even if that was a job. Parking could be an issue... More

The traffic going to Newport and Laguna Beach, go super early or avoid. Traffic was so bad, we almost got side swiped three times.

We come back to Sunset Beach for the hassle free access, great sand and low stress character of this stretch of beach. Waves are good enough for some light surfing and friendly enough for splashing and swimming as a family.

Hundreds of thousands visit the pristine sandy beaches of Orange County, CA. Year round sunshine and warm to hot temperatures make for pleasant sun bathing and swimming for the willing and adventurous. Close by restaurants and entertainment venues invite the locals and tourist, including local luxury hotels and affordable lodging. I have been enjoying the California coast for over 40... More

A drive along Pacific Coast Highway through Orange County is a great ay to spend some time. There are so many things to see and do you can spend a whole day. From the surfing in H.B. To the art district in Laguna Beach there is something for all.

I actually went to Huntington Beach June of 2012 but there wasn't an option for that. Huntington Beach is my favorite place to go in the summer. There are surfers, beach goers, lots of people fishing off the world famous pier. Down Main Street there is a plethora of cafes, bars and restaurants and shops. They also have the surfing... More

We drove from Huntington Beach south to Laguna. We loved the beautiful scenic views. The sights were out of this world. If you visit be sure to take a coastal drive on PCH. You won't be disappointed!

I have lived just 20 miles away from Laguna Beach which means about that distance from much of the Orange County Coast. There are great, as well as colorful, restaurants along the way. Certainly Captain Jacks in Sunset Beach is one of them. I knew Jack when he was alive. Turks is not upscale, but it has been in Sunset... More
