Bella Vineyards has a fantastic atmosphere and was a really pleasant place to spend an afternoon. We certainly enjoyed the wines, but the picnic tables, cave tasting, and gorgeous views of surrounding hills were a highlight of my trip to Sonoma. $10 tasting includes a good number of wines and we learned a lot along the way!

The tasting is $10 and takes you through their caves and the wine is fantastic! A must see on your wine tour!

Truly welcoming, friendly staff. Completely Relaxing. Families. Not a crush, and half the price and double the value of other places closer to town. About 11 miles out of Healdsburg on the beautiful West Dry Creek Road. The setting is on top of the world. An incredible Pinot Noir Rose ! Buy a bottle, sip it all day in their... More

What can I say??? Mouth watering wines that's what! A cool place to go with the cave. But the wines itself were very good especially my personal favorite the late harvest zin!!! I will go back! And the service was also great! Very nice man indeed!

My first visit to Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma included Bella Vineyards. A fun, scenic drive away we came upon our destination. Bella Vineyards was a great stop! The decor was sensational and the wines delicious! Highly recommend! Such a cute spot!

It was a girls' weekend getaway and this was our second day. We had our check-list of vineyards and wineries that we had to see, and wine caves were on our list. Bella was very convenient to our Healdsburg hotel so off we went. It was very lovely inside the cave with unique lampshades hanging from the ceilings. The tasting... More

Well how you define best? Best wine? Best tasting room? With knowledgeable people. Best pick nick area? Bella has them all Caves for tasting room, with Sebastián and John during our visit to explain the peculiarities of the wine making. Zin is there specialty but I found two good Chardonnays Ten Acre 2013 Santa Lucia Highlands , not your typical... More

We visited Bella Vineyards in the fall, a beautiful time of year for the area. The tasting room is in a cave built into the side of the hill. The staff in tasting room were great, friendly, warm and helpful. This would be a wonderful site to take a picnic, sit under the beautiful big trees and enjoy the view.

I'm sorry to report that the local authorities decided that Bella has been partying too hard (i.e. beyond the limits of their permit) , so have cracked down on some of Bella's best cave parties...You can still visit the regular tasting room (and their wines are still great) but the cave section may be closed ...

Bella Vineyards is a really nice place to visit. If you aren't overly familiar with caves in the wine country, this is the place to go. they do a nice job of running the entire operation in the man-made caves. The wines are good, at a good price point, and very approachable when young. For young couples or first timers... More
