Pretty and fun winery

This is a fun winery to visit, especially if you want to lean about biodynamic production and organic production. The gardens were so much fun to wander through. The wine is not... read more

They had a nice tasting room. I appreciated their map of their vineyard during our tasting. You can see where each grape is grown on the property. A lot of the tasting came from grapes grown on the property. This vineyard uses biodynamic methods to grow their grapes, I thought that to be cool and something different than any of... More

This was one of our favorite stops on a day of wine tasting in the Dry Creek Valley area. Service was great, and the wine fantastic. The view was pleasant, and the atmosphere relaxed. We enjoyed hearing about their "Biodynamic" approach to wine making. We'll come back.

My wife & I were visiting Sonoma as part of our 45 anniversary & settled on the Dry Creek Road vineyards , which are numerous to say the least. Quivira was an unexpected pleasant surprise. Excellant wines in an organically certified setting. The organic Gardens are also amazing.Quiet, elegant, reserved, understated & gorgeous[like my wife]-----I didn't have to say that... More

My first visit to Napa/Sonoma was around 1972. I have been back many times during my 42 years of living in CA. However, it has been awhile since I've been to Healdsburg. I felt duped today at Quivira. If you're going to charge people $15.00 to sample wine--tell them upon entering the tasting room!!!! Here's me thinking that since I... More

After a few days have passed since our tasting at Quivira, I regret that I don't recall the name of the older gentleman that served us our tasting. It was a last minute stop at the end of a a great day (up & away balloon ride, Kendall Jackson tasting, tour and tasting at Dry Creek Vineyard) we stopped by... More

I like the Savignuan Blac too. It's a nice area to taste in, and this is a good choice. It costs $15 to taste. Don't miss the nice garden on the premises. Some really nice flowers.

A bottle or a tasting, Quivera manages to avoid the cheapening commercialism, yet still a very upscale atmosphere. Gorgeous gardens, and great setting. Yes- Tryr the reds. But Buy the Sauvgnon Blanc !

This was our first visit to Quivira Vineyards and winery. The grounds and garden are splendid. The sustainable program is impressive and more places should implement one. Our tour was with Stephen, one of the friendly, knowledgeable staff. We were able to taste several of their wines and were impressed with the superior quality. Im looking forward to more of... More

Very quaint little winery with nice patio to sit outside and enjoy wine. Their wine was good but our server was a little snippy, which was off putting however the rest of the staff seemed very friendly. I was also a little disappointing to have to pay for the tasting when you buy a bottle of wine, most wineries will... More
