Excellent wine and one of the best tours that we went on. They took us out into the vineyards and we saw Dry Creek and yes in September it really is dry, not a spec of water. This is winery that is biodynamic which is one step beyond organic. That means that they have a garden, chickens and other animals,... More

During a great day of wine tasting in the Dry Creek Valley, we stopped at Quivira. It was a nice experience. The winery has a small, family feel about it. The tasting room was nice--a long counter in a room with great views of the vineyards and a rustic feel. There was also a nice, outdoor sitting area. The wines... More

Visited this location as part of a 3 winery tour. Biodynamic so they have gardens and animals as well. Beautiful grounds and great personnel. Downside is they don't sell water or anything other than wine and a few items at the gift shop. So bring your own food to picnic. Actual acreage is large but winery is small with a... More

This vineyard is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely bottega, manicured gardens, stunning views, and outdoor seating. The wine is also delicious. But the best thing are the amazing employees there. Everyone at this vineyard is so nice-- they make you feel like you're at home. It's my favorite winery in Sonoma!

Wonderful little winery. The people are knowledgeable and helpful. Ask what you like and pour accordingly. We joined the wine club. Looking forward to having more of their wines back in Minnesota. Tasting fee waived if you buy a bottle. I dare you no to buy at least one bottle.

Stopped in this weekend and had such a nice treat! The grounds are lovely - lots of places to walk around and enjoy the grounds. The wine was also fantastic! Try some Zin!

We had an absolutely gorgeous winery tour and tasting yestday with our wonderful host Bill. Carolyn, in the Quivera office, was friendly and flexible in accomodating our need for an appt. about an hour before the winery opened. Bill took us through an unrushed and informative tour of the stunning grounds. His appreciation for the winery and it's bio dynamic... More

The grounds are beautiful and there is a very pleasant floral scent as you open your car door. Extremely informative. This is an environmentally conscious winery. I'm not the best judge of wine quality and will leave it to others. Walk around the grounds. Immaculate.

We came to see a bio-dynamic winery and enjoy some wines local to the Healdsburg area. The wine was good, but none of it knocked my socks off. The young lady doing the tasting was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. It was a fun visit, but not a must-see.

In Jun of 2012 our family took a trip out to Napa Valley and decided to spend one of our 5 days in Sonoma. We had a huge list of wineries we wanted to visit and Quivira was on that list. Suffice it to say, of the 10 wineries listed we only made it to 5 of them.... So, when... More
