Weather permitting this can be a fun place to visit. Not only is their wine great they have a lovely courtyard and a beautiful flower and vegetable gardens to stroll around which leads you to the Dry Creak River where they have these cute red chairs to sit and enjoy your wine and listen to the roar of the river... I was lucky enough to visit a few wineries last September when I came over from the UK to visit my best friend & her family. Of all the wineries we visited, this was my absolute favourite, a beautiful setting, you can buy gorgeous breads & cheeses and sit outside to savour the wine or simply try a few samples... More

Each of the wineries provides a little twist to extinguish themselves and Truett Hurst offers a small farm, replete with sheep, chickens, a garden and riverside gathering spots. The wine tasting was quite enjoyable, with the one exception of the crowd. The staff could not offer any personal attention because they were so busy.

We had a party of 15 that the winery accommodated so graciously. We brought a picnic lunch, ordered bottles from the winery and sat around under the olive trees on a perfect autumn afternoon. The tasting room is tastefully done, and the surrounding outdoor spaces are lovely. There are gardens that you pass through on the way to the the... More

Found our way here on a drive out through Dry Creek Valley. It was on a short list that was given to us by our vacation rental. We enjoyed the wine and the gardens. There was a path that led down to the river where we had enjoyed a bottle while relaxing in the patio chairs. It was so peaceful.

We were recommended Truett Hurst from another tasting room in Dry Creek. The staff was nice and didn't rush us or push us to purchase anything. Overall the wines were decent however what made this time so enjoyable was stepping out during the tasting to spend some time on the red adirondack chairs down by the river. I recommend stopping... I first came with my friends from Chicago,it was a lovely afternoon in the fall. The grounds are amazing, walking around the animals, going down by the creek. I am now a wine club member and have enjoyed receiving their reds 4 times a year. You will certainly enjoy the visit.

This was one of my two favorite wineries from our trip! The staff was so welcoming, and we did not get any pressure to join the wine club or even purchase wine. The staff encouraged us to take as much time as we wanted during the tasting. We took our wine to sit in the chairs by the creek which... More

Two weeks ago we met up with our friends from Temecula at Truett Hurst Winery. This winery is so nice and the lovely people behind the bar really go out of their way to assist you about their wines, the surrounding area and local restaurants. Cindy was our lovely hostess and although we really enjoy all Truett Hurst wines, I... More
