We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this winery. The wine is absolutely delicious! Shipped a whole case home. Joined the wine club as well.

I would definitely suggest this tasting and tour for $15. Andy did a great job. This used to be a hops kiln and now a winery. Very interesting and informative. The wine is good but not great. Nice pretty drive too!

Beautiful building; very nice wines, pleasant staff. They wave the tasting fee if you buy about 4 bottles.

We like Hop Kiln Winery. They have a pond and picnic area. The staff is friendly and wine tasting is fun. We like the unique architecture (i.e. hop kiln) architecture of the winery. One other thing we like is their various food products. In particular I like their curry mustard and always try to stock up prior to the holidays.... More

This is a very interesting winery. The staff are very knowledgeable and the wines are affordable. We went at the end of the day and things were a bit rushed so plan ahead to spend some time at this winery. The history is amazing. The wines were nicely blended. It was a great way to end a wonderful day in... More

I loved HKG Estate. I have visited breweries all over the world, but was was the first that been changed into a winery. We basically had the place to ourselves when we visited which was wonderful as the staff treated us quite well. I loved the gift shop and bought a few souvenirs and a nice aerator that I use... More

This winery was unique and special. It is definitely not a commercial winery. The chef made us snacks while we were tasting free of charge and they had a great shop for souvenirs. I would highly recommend a stop here!

The grounds and historic building were very nice, but the gourmet food and wine pairing (and the wines) were nothing special. We didn't find that the wines especially complimented the food selections, but we appreciated the attempt. At minimum, we were expecting a nice seated experience for the gourmet tasting, but we all stood at the bar instead. There are... More

The gentleman working at the tasting room gave us a lot of information on the drying kiln, which was the highlight of the day. The young lady doing the pouring did seem a little rushed. The wines were good, solidly middle of the road, but we will check back in as it sounds like they have a young vintner. Good... More

The old hop kilns are really cool to see, architecturally. Once inside the winery tasting room though, the charm wore off quickly. The tasting bar was pretty busy when we arrived, so we shopped around the gift shop before stepping up to the bar. We did this so that the staff wouldn't have to feel rushed. When we got there...
