Beautiful scenery, an easy walk. There seemed to be access to the beach below but we didn't get far enough to see the steps.

So beautiful! Such great trails. You can take beach or higher trails to see the ocean. Simply breathtaking.

This is an easy trail that's paved and slopes gently to the cliffs where you can easily view the beach and coastal area.

Worn Out! Smelly horses. Worn Out! Smelly horses. Not all that interesting. Better for biking then walking. Horses erode the cliff. Horse manure.

Walk a very nice paved trail along the coast. Plenty of benches along the way to stop and enjoy the view or take your shoes off and walk on the sand at the waters edge.

The coastal trail is a gem in Half Moon Bay. We have biked here in every season, every month and in all types of weather conditions. It is a pleasure to see folks, young and old enjoy it.

Perfect place to learn how to operate one of these because you are not in a lot of traffic. Great views...and we also walked a lot of it. Beautiful cliffs and a nice beach.

My wife and I parked at the north end of the trail and hiked some of it, and it was definitely worth the stop. I didn't think it quite worth an Excellent, though I see that others have, and it may be that it is truly spectacular in its southern reaches. We look forward to exploring its other stretches on... The reason you go to Half Moon Bay is to get away from the city, enjoy some ocean views, and get outside to be healthy. The Coast Side Trail offers a variety of soft sand, wooded, or asphalt paths to run and take in fresh ocean air. I recommend starting at the Ritz, running about 4 miles towards San Francisco,... We rode bikes from the Marina in El Granada to downtown Half Moon Bay. Great views of the beaches, the hills and interesting back streets and picnic spots. While there are many other walkers and bikers, it is quiet and leisurely.
