A small beach as California beaches go. Famous for its rocks at low tide, and fun to watch the ocean, but not a real play beach. Close to the town of Pescadero which is worth a visit. More

While visiting the Pescadero Coastal area this past week, we came across a Goat Farm which is open to the public. They have a tasting room for their delicious products - all things goat - beautiful cheeses, beauty products, homemade oils and vinagrettes, and a variety of other delightful gifts. The best part of the visit was being able to... More

Not a place for swimmers, but great for kite flying & viewing the waves. It's a great antidote when I've had too much time in the city & around people. More

I enjoy sitting on the rocks and just watching the waves roll in. Very calming/soothing. I usually just spend a few hours here, watching, taking pictures of the waves. Every once in awhile a seal or sea otter pops up. Doesn't get better then that. More

Great place for sitting and watching/listening to the surf and smelling the sea air from the parking lot. During low tide, you can go down to the beach. More

Right off Highway 1. Don't blink or you'll miss it. Nice place to stop and view the ocean. Stop in Pescadero for some Mexican food or seafood. More
