They do have a good port and for me that's about it. I just don't care for the taste of their wines. The picnic area has tables and bocce ball. It's a nice place to visit.

This is a small quaint tasting room in Half Moon Bay. It's very CA country-style, like the family wineries you can find in the backwoods of Sonoma. The outside area with bocci ball is pretty nice, I could definitely relax out there for a bit. Staff is nice, wines are OK. A good place for a quick visit.

This was a nice stopping point along the way. The atmosphere was great, I liked most the wines, not the dry ones and the people were really nice and helpful. Port wine was the best!

I have buying wine at the bottle and cork day for three years. I have found that if you storeaway the wine it gets better. I usually store it away for at least six months. Sometimes the wine is pretty good or at least drinkable. I have had a couple disappointing batches over theses three years. For 5 bucks a... More

If you're looking for a vineyard experience, this is not for you. They do not grow grapes or make the wine on the premises; it is a tasting room. We went in for a tasting, which was relatively inexpensive, and got to try all of the wines that they make, with the exception of a port. The man and woman... More

I stayed in Half Moon Bay for 3 nights. When arriving, I noted the La Nebbia Winery on Rt. 92, ja short distance before Rt. 1. I planned time to stop and tast before heading back to the airport. A full tasting (10-11 wines) is $10. And I did find a couple of selections that I thought were quite good.... More

Let me start off by saying that I did not just decide to review this Winery off a whim. In fact I thought about this experience for 3 whole days and decided to share. In fact my company is an advertising partner with the Wine Passport Days they are part of which even made me more disappointed. Friends and myself... More

The wine is not going to win any gold metals but you know they are nice people and they make pretty decent wine. For the best bet check out their website and come during a cork and bottle event. This is when you can get a bottle of decent to good wine for $5 bucks, less if you bring your... More

La Nebbia is extremely small and kind of rustic--not really a winery to visit if you are looking for an experience like those up in wine country. They don't grow any grapes here, the process is limited to the bottling so there isn't much to see. They have a small shack they use for tastings. The outdoor gardens are ok,... More

Our son mentioned this place when he heard that we were staying in Half Moon Bay for 2 nights. It's old fashioned and has pleasant bocce courts and tables in the back, to take your wine out and relax. La Nebbia buys its grapes and makes the wine on site, just no vineyards to see. Tasting was $8 pp, and... More
