Art lovers will enjoy this winery as well as wine tasters. Usually has an exhibit of related art to view while sipping some Imagery wines. Fun staff on site make it an enjoyable experience.

My boyfriend and I went to Sonoma over the weekend and our first stop was the Imagery winery. I walked up to the bar on my own while my boyfriend was using the restroom. An employee acknowledged me and said that he would be back in a minute. After he walked away, another employee asked if we had been helped.... More

Located easily off the Sonoma Highway, this boutique winery displays the original commissioned label art work at the tasting facility. Each is a one if a kind artistic creation for that specific release of wine. As wine tasters and observers, you can try to identify the required symbol of Imagery Winery (The Parthenon) on each and every piece of art.... More

We were not planning on stopping at this winery until we went to Benziger family winery - a sister winery that provided free tasting coupons. Imagery ended up being a great place with absolutely fantastic wines. Everything we tasted was above average to excellent and the attention to service was wonderful. You can't get any of these wines outside of... More

This was the last stop on our wine weekend. Our server was very generous in letting us try wines that were not on the standard tasting - if there was a bottle open. They do get a number of buses and bridal parties - so Sunday afternoon may be best to properly enjoy their wine offerings. Great grounds and you... More

The relaxing park area at this winery is great. Not impressed with the view or the wine but worth coming here just to relax outside and people watch. bring a blanket and enjoy a picnic, play horseshoes, or lawn bowling.

Spent a few hours tasting everything they produce and didn't find a true dud. Imagery was a great find about 10 years ago and it remains one of our favorite places to visit in Sonoma. On this trip it was the ONLY winery we had time for and we were not disappointed. They produce a lot of wines that span... More

What a delightful afternoon! We'd already spent an awesome morning at Imagery's sister (brother) winery, Benziger, when we continued our VIP day of tastings at Imagery. Betsy met us in the lobby with a wonderful rosé already poured. After browsing a little through the gallery of original artwork, all of which has been on a label, we enjoyed a nice... More

While visiting in Palo Alto, my friend decided to drive to Sonoma and visit a winery. I picked this winery because of the unique logo. How I surprised I was when the service, dialogue and interaction of the staff exceeded my expectations. Perhaps it was the time of day and the lull in visitors at that moment but the wine... More

Our server nearly poured wine onto me when I reflexively moved my glass as he was about to pour a Cabernet Sauvignon over the remains of a Chardonnay in the glass. I explained that I would like a rinse, first, and the server apologized by telling us that he assumed we were like the gum-chewing patrons he had been dealing... More
