This market has a great salad bar, breakfast buffet, and selection of wines and cheese. Everything is pricey, but good. More

Not quite Draeger's or Woodlands Market. Not even quite up to its big brother The Sonoma Market. But when I lived in Glen Ellen I happily did 90% of my shopping there. Everything very high quality and a great variety of food. Prepared foods are superior. More

Glen Ellen Market has some nice food selections for a small market, however they are way over priced. Shop at the bigger stores in Sonoma or Santa Rosa, if you can to get the same foods but at more reasonable prices. More

Their deli section is one of the biggest I've ever seen. Very large selections of local products. More

Love the deli here. Everything is so fresh. Fabulous sandwiches, paninis, salad bar, olive bar and yummy hot food ... Different every day. The hot food isn't cheap, but cheaper than a restaurant and all delicious. Yummy fresh smoothies and espresso drinks too. More

Glen Ellen Market is an over priced "Whole Foods" market. The ready made food and deli is good but it costs an arm and a leg. The groceries are over priced and they can do that because there is no other store to compete with in the small, isolated area. Its good for stopping in and grabbing something you need... More

Yes, a grocery store can be an attraction! lol...Nothing much to look at from the outside. Walk in and see produce on RH and wine racks on LH. First clue that something is different:Cheese and fruit samples in the produce department. Five cheeses were available including a Wisconsin cheddar that was aged 4 1/2 years. Nice! Extensive meat/seafood section included... More

This grocery store certainly does not give the impression of anything great or fantastic on the outside, but once you step inside you will never go anywhere else. We rented a house nearby and stayed a week and I think we spent everyday in this Market. The fresh meat/fish are wonderful. Not to mention the paninis/sandwiches and the salad bar/hot... More

Believe all the other reviews. They are 100% correct. This store is the one with the large parking lot (hey, there's a reason for that).. not the teeny, tiny Glen Ellen market. Go straight to the deli in the back. As mentioned, they hand- make wonderful sandwiches, but there are also pre-mades. THEN there is this wonderful, wonderful deli/pasta/olive bar.... More
