My husband and I had previously visited Gilroy Gardens and wanted to enjoy it again with our grandboys. We visited the park this past Saturday and enjoyed it very much. The grounds are gorgeous and very clean. Our grandboys are only 15 months old, so they were probably a bit young for full enjoyment of the park. Several of the... More

Fantastic for a family fun day out, a little pricey worth a look on line for any deals, but you get your money's worth because the weather allows a full day. Age range suggested 1 to 12. Picnic good idea but be aware you have to leave the park and eat in the lovely picnic designated areas

For a family of four - be prepared to drop about $200. Their prices are very high and they also charge $10 for parking!!! On the plus side - very nice grounds and unique sight-seeing. Very nice atmosphere and lots of fun for kids. Just wish it was more affordable.

This place is awesome for the kids to have a good time. You got to buy park tickets and pay another $20 for parking and just like any other park the food is horrible and expensive. They do let you bring your food and snacks into this area with tables and stuff. The rides are good fun for the kids.... More

Theme park for little kids is a welcome treat! They can really enjoy themselves without having to battle with larger children. This park is beautifully situated, with some interesting trees and other vegetation. It wasn't too crowded during our April visit, so we didn't have to wait long at any but a couple of the rides. Our only complaint was... More

My family always enjoys a day trip to Gilroy Gardens. I get the season passes for my 4 and 6 year old. Perfect, great value and come in use. The kids love it.

We have season passes and live in the area, so we frequent Gilroy Gardens on a monthly basis. This is a great place to spend a day with your family because it is designed for young children. There are rides for children that they can ride by themselves as well as those that require adult chaperones. My 4 yr old... More

It is what it is - This is not Disneyland or even Six Flags. To me this park is the best value and the most fun for families with small children. I love taking my kids to a park where they can have fun on rides instead of waiting in long lines. There are lots of beautiful trees and scenery... More

I live in Gilroy and have gone to this theme park since its inception in 2001. Unfortunately, for returning families, it has fallen from its glory days. The company has allowed its gardens to deteriorate and the workers are unprofessional and unkempt. So its better for a one time visit. How many theme parks are supported by local residents tax... Beautiful area and well maintained setting for any type of gathering or get away visit from the hectic life. Lots of shade because it can get warm in certain months.
