We usually go by after Disneyland. It was previously owned by Robert Schueller but he has retired and now the Catholic Church took over and has extensive plans. It will be nice to see on next visi

First visit and it was spectacular; however, the new owners, Catholics, are redoing the inside and we could not go inside. Had a beautiful walk around the property, however, making the stop worthwhile.

I visited the church during my stay in California. Though the church is under restoration for transforming into a Catholic church, I was impressed by its excellent architecture. The glass tower seems to hit the sky while reflecting the sun beam down. I look forward to the opening of the church.

Now it's called "Christ Cathedral" since Roman Catholic bought this place in 2012. The main glass building is closed for any tourists due to major renovation. Cultures center is open for future model plan.

What a great find for me! My boyfriend knows how much I love cool architecture so he surprised me by bringing me here to show me around. Very unique. Even the cemetery was unique with beautiful landscaping. Totally worth visiting during off hours.

Sooooo SAD! All the money spent on this structure that could and should go to help the homeless and poor! Put food in the belly's of crying babies! I just couldn't understand how soooo much money was WASTED just to build this instead of helping the POOR! A disgrace! Not worth seeing!
