This is beautiful to see from the outside. It is now owned by the Catholic Diocese of Orange County, but when it was Robert Schuler's organization it felt like a cheesy ordinary convention hotel on the inside, complete with gimcrackery gift shops. I thought Jesus drove the moneychangers out? More

The Crystal Cathedral is just around the corner from the hotel. We stopped by and found it to be visually stunning, and the pipe organ music compelling. It's a not to be missed attraction, regardless of a visitor's religious beliefs. More
