One of the best parks in and around Fresno. Nice place to take kids as they would certainly enjoy feeding the ducks near the lake. Excellent park for people who want to walk or jog on a regular basis and for families who want to go there for a picnic.

The park is clean and kept up, most of the people visiting the park are pleasant. The dogs love the doggie.park ; although the ducks have a tendcy to be aggressive sometimes, they love to be fed!

This park is something the family, couples, and singles can enjoy. You can walk, ride your bike, take pictures, plan a picnic, feed the ducks and just sit and relax.

Sorry, not a fan of the valley, however there are a few places to escape too from the rest of fresno. This is one of them. A clean family day park with geese, pond, childrens play ground and gardens. $5 to enjoy but worth the dough.

Was visiting a friend who had inexplicably moved from N.Y.C. to this desolate outpost. About the best he could do to show off his new hometown was this park. It was a perfectly acceptable park, but so hot it was hard to breathe, and virtually empty because this was a day that demanded a/c.

Woodward Park offers many ways to enjoy the outdoors. There's trails and pathways that are cool and shaded or open and sunny. There are many tables for a family picnic or areas force get togethers for large groups. The Japenese Garden is beautiful. There's a leash free dog park that is well attended. The multiple lakes, ponds and streams are... More
