Last time we were in California Wine Country we tried Dr. Wilkinson's Mud Bath so we had to give this a try. It was a great experience and was very relaxing.

Osmosis is a remarkable experience, soothing and refreshing. I had the cedar enzyme treatment to detox my system. The treatment helps your body sweat out toxins. I found this much more relaxing than the mud bath. The Tea Garden is a serene paradise, and great for meditating after a luxurious massage. I will definitely come back again next year.

This place was recommended by friend and it is quite an experience. Very relaxing and the cedar enzyme bath is like nothing I've experienced before. It is tough to describe but you will SWEAT and feel great afterwards. The gardens around the place are lovely and the staff is helpful. We followed the bath with a massage that was also... More

I found Osmosis day spa on the internet, and immediately decided I wanted to try it on our next trip to Northern CA. My husband got me a certificate for a massage and I upgraded to the outdoor massage, It was so incredible. The surroundings, the scents, sights, and sounds truly added to the experience. I revisited the Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary for the first time in several years over Memorial Day weekend and fell in love all over again. I had the famous enzyme bath followed by a lymphatic drainage massage. I only wish I had time for more. The spa has only improved over time, with a stunning meditation garden and a broader... More

A college roommate and I just returned from a visit to California and a side-trip to Osmosis; we found it very much worth the extra mileage and money, a wonderful way to pamper ourselves after hiking Yosemite. The facilities (including large meditative garden) were well-kept and relaxing, with a great little gift shop. We were offered tea and light snacks... More

We've been to Osmosis several times, a great day trip from the Bay Area. Tea room visit and enzyeme "bath" are the perfect prelude to a massage or other spa treatment. I love wandering through their thoughtfully stocked store and well tended Japanese garden. We recently started our 25th anniversary celebration there and will be back.

I had never had a massage nor had I ever been to a spa in my life previously. However, I looked forward to the experience by reading all the relevant information available at the Osmosis website. What immediately struck me when I arrived was the serenity of the spa’s settings and zen like ambiance. The cedar chip spa was truly... More

I decided to take my boyfriend somewhere special for his birthday. I wanted the experience to be memorable in every way. I chose Osmosis because I have enjoyed its products and services before and knew my guy would find it both spiritually uplifting and rejuvenating. We traveled from Southern California, booked accomodations at an Osmosis recommended spot and arrived for... More

Osmosis has been my 'stress release get-away' treatment for the past 5 years now. I work in the spa industry so I am very particular about where I choose to 'spa' on my own time. Osmosis is truly a place to reflect, meditate, and take in nature and nurturing to the full extent that you allow yourself to absorb. That... More
