If you want a great spa getaway you need to go to Osmosis. First of all the enzyme bath- no one else does it and it preps you for your massage. I forgot to mention relaxing tea in the Japanese garden before the bath. Everything fits symbiotically together. The couples package will send her over the top.

My daughter took my granddaughter and I here for a massages while I was visiting her in Sonoma, CA. What a lovely, tranquil place, complete with beautiful walking paths and meditation garden. I could have spent days here, trying all of their services. Serene and calm, I would highly recommend Osmosis. My massage therapist was excellent (Laurie?) -- wish I... More

The whole experience at Osmosis is revitalizing and relaxing. The location is beautiful with the gardens. The staff is very attentive and competent. My daughter and I go for a refreshing retreat. We love the enzyme bath that overlooks a beautiful garden. The massages are given in very serene settings by excellent massage therapists. You can get anything from healing... More

My wife love massages, but this was so far beyond anything either of us could have imagined. We booked the Warmth of Love package (and yes, I get credit for this one!). Because of our last minute booking, we wound up going through the process backwards, Massage first, bath second. However, they threw in a complimentary blanket wrap at the... More

Let me start by saying the cedar bath was really relaxing and the massage was also very good. That's where it ends. We drove 40 minutes from the Olea Hotel in Glen Ellen (you must stay there!) for our treatments. We planned on continuing on with maybe some wine tasting or shopping in this area so we girls packed our... More

Excellent Day Spa and definitively worth a detour. I drove 1 ½ hours from Berkeley up to Osmosis and it was worth it! The Cedar Enzyme Bath is one of the best treatments I have received so far in my life. Amazingly relaxing. It is a quarter to 8 pm and I feel I want to sleep now - like... More

Luckily, the spa at our Sonoma area hotel was undergoing renovations and we found ourselves at Osmosis. What a lucky turn of events! A group of us (about 6 women) were each booked for a cypress mulch foot bath followed by massages (each in our own outdoor pagoda) and a facial. Every bit of our experience was fantastic. Had one... So we found Osmosis simply by driving by, as in we hadn't searched or see it on tripadvisor or elsewhere, but we had talk about getting massages while on this vacation, so we pulled in and checked it out and booked their signature Enzyme Cedar bath plus two Deep Tissue massages for the following afternoon. The place has a very... More

Osmosis is by far my most favorite retreat, of anyplace in the U.S. Its location is nestled deep in Sonoma County - Freestone, California. I've visited at various times of year...however, the best time of year is during lavender season. Osmosis' grounds are beautifully manicured, with Japanese gardens and lavender fields. The scent of lavender washes over you during those... More
