Hartford Family Winery presents any number quality wines and considering the price point...well worth enjoying. Their Pinot Noir is my favorite and goes well with a meal or just enjoying company.

This was the worse tasting experience in our many years of wine tasting! The setting was beautiful and it stops here..... The staff was distant, cold and totally uninterested in offering a pleasant experience. They rushed us through the tasting giving barely a description of the wines they were pouring. The wines were over priced compared to other wineries in... More

We really enjoyed the wines at Hartford. They had been recommended by a wine merchants in SF and they did not disappoint. Big fruit forward wines the Pinot and Chardonnay was divine.

We found Hartford to be a charming property, located in a beautiful area near the Russian River. While the tasting room's interior may look a bit dated, it is still well constructed, neat, and tidy. Tastings are average priced and are waived with a bottle purchase. Our server was very friendly and fun to chat with, but not especially knowledgeable... More

This winery is a bit off the beaten path but well worth the stop if you like a good pinot noir. On our visit, it seemed frequented by those who know their wines. This is where we chose to picnic. It was great to enjoy the tastings with our lunch. Very friendly staff.

On a Thanksgiving weekend tour of high-end wineries in Sonoma and Napa valleys, Hartford Court was our second stop, and it set a high bar. The tasting room at the winery is relatively small and comfortable, warm and inviting. The wines are some of the better ones we tasted on our trip, beginning with the Chardonnay, progressing to about three... More

Beautiful building and grounds. Recommended to us by the folks at Merry Edwards in Graton (north of Sebastopol). Excellent pinot noir, with a number of other good varietals. The owner is the daughter of the late Jess Jackson of Kendall-Jackson. Apparently he started what is now the Hartford Family Winery as a “high end” division of K-J but daughter took... More

My wife and I booked a box lunch with our wine tasting. Great choice. Lunch was excellent with the wine tasting throughout the meal. Restful seating on their patio with fantastic views. They spent time telling us about their various viineyards. Sonoma wineries seem to have more time to spend on 1 on 1 discussions than Napa wineries. Great wine.... More
