"You know I'm all about that bean, no jelly!" It was the second visit for us and we love it every time. We came on a weekend this time so the factory was quiet but still a great tour and experience. Loved the fun samples that were given at most stops on the tour. It was fun for the whole... More

Tour guide so incredibly fast that the group could scarcely catch up before each segment was completed. Felt exceptionally rushed --- and we went on a weekday in March (before March break for the schools). Tour is largely via segments on old TVs suspended through glass windows. No real chance to get your bearings as to what was actually happening... More

Jelly Belly is a great two hour stop. The store is incredibly extensive and it's the only place you can buy the rejected jelly beans at a great price. The tour is free and allows for a great view of all the different stages of jelly bean making. I would have loved if there was an opportunity for questions to... More

This is a very fun free tour. Staff are very friendly and outgoing. The tour takes you through the whole process of making jelly bellies. I learned that they make other candy besides the jelly bellies. They have a fudge tasting area. You'll be amazed at the flavors ( bacon, cappucino, strawberry, raspberry, buttered popcorn and more). We purchased the... More

I went on a Saturday in the middle of the day. The staff was very welcoming. It was busy, but not super crowded. The tour was very interesting and engaging. Seeing miles and miles of brightly colored jelly beans is just plain fun! We had a few samples of beans at different stages in the jelly bean making process. We... More

We decided to take our four years old daughter to this tour and she was so excited that she woke up really early to go. The tours start at 9 a.m. and run every 15 minutes, and they are free! They give you a paper white hat with the logo of Jelly Belly that you have to keep during the... More

I've been here many times taking family and friends from out of town. If you eaten Jelly bellies the tour shows you just how much goes into the great treats. The tour is free and they also have a place to have lunch as well as a huge shopping area for not just jelly beans but candied apples and assorted... More

We are seniors that enjoy seeing factories in operation. This was an operable factory with a large store selling jelly bellies. Lots of fun for us and watching the loads of kids enjoying the tour and the store. Some of the other reviews describe the tours very well so no sense rewriting.

We took the Factory Tour, on the weekend. Not the best time since they are not running the facility. You can watch the movie but nothing like the real thing. Something about Union workers, not on the weekends. Was`t very crowded but the tour bus just let out, so we waited a very short time. I would imagine the summer... More

The Jelly Belly Factory in Fairfield, CA is a great place for anyone who is a fan of their jelly beans. During the tour you'll learn both about the history of the company, as well as the process to make the jelly beans. You'll also see artwork that has been made with their jelly beans including portraits of Mickey Mouse... More
