The factory is retro-chic, with their old and dusty displays, portraits of Reagan made out of jelly bellies, and video-heavy tour stops. My nieces are 4 and 6, and love going there on a special overnight trip (though staying in a hotel is probably half the fun!). Older kids might get bored quickly, and really small kids might not get... More

I have been there before several times and once had a personal tour. They have developed this into a major attraction in the area. Themed more to the kids (what else would expect?). We took our grandsons there and they enjoyed it and the free bag of candy ay the end. Don't leave without a few bags of Belly flops.... More

We arrived a little after lunch on a Wednesday and the line was literally out the door. A sign warned us that the wait at the door is about one hour, and that was accurate. Each group is about 50 people, and the guide leads you along a catwalk overlooking the production floor. There are several stops at which videos... More

We got to the Jelly Belly Factory early on a weekday, but since it was summer it was already packed. I was actually shocked by how long the line was! We decided to skip the tour and just walk around the store. That alone is fun. There is a free tasting bar where you can try a selection of the... More

We visited the Jelly Belly Factory with our two grandchildren, ages 8 and 12. The overall impression is that this is a "fun place" Fortunately it was not very crowded. Being a weekend the factory was operating but the various videos explained the processes very well. It was interesting and informative learning the specialized and unique aspects of manufacturing the... More

We had a great time learning the facts about jelly belly production, top flavors (one is licorice), how many million jelly bellies are made each year. The tour is free and although there were a lot of people in line when we arrived, the wait wasn't too long for the tour. There is a bit of walking but the whole... More

This was on my wife's things to see on our vacation. I wasn't overly enthused by the idea, but we went. We arrived to a factory that looked like a giant Chucky Cheese pizza place. Lots of colors and lots of kids. We stood inline for a few minutes, when my wife noticed that they had wine and food paring.(almost... More

The day we went there it seemed there were hundreds of people. The tour is informative and interesting as you look down into the processing area and watch the candy actually being made. The young lady who was our tour guide had just started working there so she was really not able to answer some of the questions people were... More

This is a great tour if you are with kids. They will love the sights and sounds as you wait in line. It will take their minds off the wait. We got there before 10:00AM so only waited a few minutes. By the time we left, I estimated the wait at about an hour. The tour is above the factory... More
