Children 10 and younger will enjoy this experience. It is smaller than we expected, we have visited many discovery museums.

I stopped by the other day and was impressed by this place just across from Grape Day Park. Young parents take notice this is a great place to understand your child and give them a safe place to play and interact. Two thumbs up!

Great indoor-outdoor play space with interesting and educational play features (including chickens!) and snacks for purchase in house and no objections to bringing in burgers from the place next door. Only wish it were closer to downtown San Diego. Would highly recommend.

3 year old granddaughter enjoyed herself with Grandpa in tow for several hours. The outside area is so interesting complete with live chickens and bunnies!

The biggest problem with this place is that it caters to the youngest children, not much for the age group of 8 - 12 yrs. Hopefully they are still expanding.

My daughter who is six loves this place, and her cousins who are one and three do too. Its great for all ages but honestly I would say ten is the cut off. There are things to do inside and out and they allow you to bring your own food in which is great but NO PEANUTS!! Inside there are... More

This is a clever set up. I'm not a mom or grandma, but one rare rainy SD weekend when we had guests with a 4 year old child, we decided to go there. Lots of adult cleverness that, per usual, kids completely disregarded the intention of: sock puppets and theater, grocery 'store' with carts, dress up area...none of them being... More

It has a lot of "hands on" things for kids to do. We saw live chickens, and my grand daughter got to paint and do other hands on stuff. It was pretty good for the small cost to get in--$10. It is a good place to take preschoolers if you are in town visiting or live here!

I bring my two grandkids here often and they can never get enough of it! There's always something new added and existing activities are constantly being improved. There's both an indoor and outdoor area with activities. Most of the time we never make it outside because there's so much to do inside! When school is in session, you might want... More

This place is not a large as other museums, but it's great for kids 6 and under. There are many different stations in here for little ones to enjoy. There's also an outdoor play area. Many places for parents to sit and participate at yr same time. Stroller friendly, and for $6 a person you can't beat it.
