Taylor Guitar has a very interesting tour. You get to see all aspects of the building of a guitar. No pressure afterwords to buy anything. Guides are very well versed in the whole process of building a Guitar. I have gone 3 times with friends from out of town and they have been amazed.

It has been my pleasure to be associated with one of the founders of this amazing company. I have seen some examples of their products and the attention to detail is artistic. The company has grown by the efforts of the team they have assembled. But keeping things in perspective, this began as a two man operation with lots of... More

We discovered this quite by chance as we bought a Taylor guitar for our son at the Guitar Centre in San Diego & the staff there told us about this place. We did the tour and it was one of the highlights of our trip - we were totally mesmerised by the staff we met & their passion or guitars... More

We own a Taylor guitar and it was a very hot week in the San Diego area so we were looking for something of interest to the two guitar players in the family and indoors and we all loved this tour. Seeing how these fabulous and beautiful instruments were made and being able to play with many of them at... More

This manufacturing plant is in my home town, and never knew about. The showroom is a fantastic blend of sales showroom, and guitar history. The staff are very low key and will not bother you unless you want help. If you play they invite you to pick a guitar and try it out. We took the free tour, everyday at... More

Interesting tour of the Taylor factory. This is all on the factory floor and you see a that goes into making their guitars. Not to be missed if you are in the area - about 20 minutes from San Diego but an easy drive.

Ask any guitar player. Taylor Guitars are among the finest made in the world. They offer free tours that are both interesting and enlightening. Part of what is most impressive is the delicate wood selection, and the variety of materials that go into the careful assembly of each instrument. It is a great "happy place."

We had a very comprehensive tour of Taylor guitars. It was worthwhile and explained the process from raw wood to final product.

I have toured the guitar factories of five guitar companies, and I consider Taylor’s to be the best. This was my third time taking the tour, and I can see how the factory has grown and improved just in the last decade. The guides are informative and very enthusiastic about showing off their operations and gorgeous guitars. I would recommend... More
