I would stay again

Lovely people, very reasonable pricing. A little shabby and tired but clean and relaxing with 24hr facilities. Natural aquifer hour and cold spring spas.

It is a nice place to relax, and soak the old bones in hot mineral water. There are a number of pools that accommodate 18 people and a couple of pools with larger capacities. The temperature of each pool is adjusted to different temperatures, so it meets the needs of anyone. The area is outside, however is protected from the... More

First, this is not the Ritz and they are not trying to be. For $3 to $7 per day (depends on the day you go), you get admission to eight natural hot mineral pools and a dry sauna. For this price, you will mix and mingle with a diverse group of people from all walks of life. The pools range... More

Great place good rooms ,good food less kids because they have a 21 and older policy for day use and a 15 fee. And young kids only with the room renter. They have pool side room for a little more we didn't get one this trip but will next time.

The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is friendly. I enjoyed the pools and sauna. The hotel is 20 minutes of driving from Palm Springs.

Wanted to like this place whose better days are long past. Greeted by a friendly front desk staffer whose surly manager was only interested in berating her staff and counting the cash in the till. Nonetheless, we paid for day passes, rented towels and locks for the lockers. The spa is a collection of pools of varying degrees of water... More

Unfortunately all so called hot springs in the city of Desert Hot Springs are chlorinated and not free flowing natural hot springs. Once the water has been manipulated with chlorine it is no longer a natural hot spring experience. I do not think any naturalist person would spend anytime soaking in a pool full of chlorine, it defeats the whole... More

This was my second time to visit these pools for day use and I am surprised that there were no apparent improvements made since I was here two years ago. The cooler pool has tape holding tiles in place...how do you suppose they clean that pool with tape? My guess is not, only that the water gets changed. At an... More

Desert Hot Springs is the best kept secret in North America. In Europe, one would pay premium prices for the luxury of enjoying these healthy, clean, hot mineral springs. Each spa in town offers something different in ambiance but all give excellent service. Come in, relax, pamper yourself and stay awhile.
