Jamie- the person that answers the phone and claims to be the manager provides terrible customer service, rude, and short everytime you call. Ride was canceled a few times due to weather when it was a perfect day out. I believe taht he gets paid less when it's a"reader city" coupon and is quick to bump those tickets off.
