There is a lot to see and do in this harbour or you can do nothing at all. We walked along the harbour, saw lots of interesting people and things going on. We then stopped and had amazing coffee and bagels. There is a lot of people watching, fishing, paddle boarding and shopping. Plenty of free parking.

Dana Point is easy to get to and had plenty of parking and shops. Whale watching was a good time and there were lots of Sea Lions on the rocks. This area is much more relaxed than the LA area and only about an hour away.

What a great harbor experience in a nice ,friendly town. Fishing ,camping, sun and surf, great hotels, boating, daily trips to Catalina island. Beach rentals for bikes and water toys. and lots of room for BBQs and picnics. One of my favorite places to take our guest when they are in town. BEST HARBOUR

Dana Point Harbor is on the small side but has much to offer. Daily walks are enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. You can stay at the Dana Point Harbor Inn, or the fancier Ritz Carlton, Laguna Cliffs Marriot ( in Dana Point) or just come for the day. Captain Dave is the one to go with when you want... More

Very nice marina to spend a few hours walking. Not much shopping at all. Maine nice restaurants. Not much else. Except thousands of boats.

I loved Dana Point and the opportunity to see so many dolphins ... we counted 200 at one time... It was such a lovely place to hang out with my friends.

Dana Point is a beautiful wee spot in the world! There is plenty to do, kayaking, boating, paddle boarding, swimming. Plenty of places to eat or relax in the sun on the sand!
