What an night! To be honest, we were a little apprehensive about seeing this revival. We should have known that Segerstrom would provide us with a great evening of entertainment. This touring company was wonderful and at the end, received a standing ovation. There should have been more people in attendance. There were whole rows empty. How very sad. In my... More

I was thrilled to be able to watch the show at Segerstrom Center for the Arts. It is not too far from the hotel where we stayed.. The lobby is so big, the seats have more than enough room for people to seat and not being squeezed. Even when your seat is on the higher level, it is easy to... More

We found the Segerstrom Art Center for the Arts on the web and we are glad that we did. It is a beautiful and expansive district. We attended a performance of "Nice Work If You Can Get It" and loved it. The theatre is large, but not too large, the acoustics were great, and the performance was well-done. The theatre... More

We attended " Nice Work if You Can Get It" in the Segerstrom Hall last week. Our seats were on the orchestra level, and the sight lines and acoustics were excellent. The concert hall is tastefully decorated. The performance was excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed the singing and dancing and the orchestra. At intermission, there were long line-ups for drinks and... Came to see Book of Mormon. Beautiful and elegant theater, seats give good visibility even when not in the orchestra. Acoustics are very good. Loved the show!

Segerstrom Hall is a wonderful venue...no bad seats in the house except for the endless unbroken by aisles orchestra seats. But the management is cruel to customers. Dozens of people had to freeze outside while the staff took their time getting ready. The doors finally opened 2 minutes AFTER the advertised start of an event. Women who were lightly dressed... I was in the cast of the Broadway national tour which played here - this place is fantastic. Backstage is state of the art. If you have a chance to play this house, TAKE IT.

Two couples enjoyed our first event at this venue on a Friday evening. We managed to get some great seats front balcony but center stage. The technology involved these days to change scenes and sets is amazing.....the talent was very good, though we were puzzled why the singing was done by two performers not in the story, just singing on... There are numerous facilities at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. This a beautiful complex. We attended the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall. While I did not love the performance, 'For the Love of Bernstein', I found the the sound system wonderful. The Center is something to see and to try out for the arts one chooses. Parking is... More

My mother and I attended the February 1, 12:00pm performance of Shen Yun at the Segerstrom Center in Costa Mesa next to South Coast Plaza. We had seen billboard ads for this show since 2013, and last year we started seeing commercials for it while watching reruns of Rick Steve's Europe on PBS. We naturally became curious about this show... More
