Book of Mormon - and had a heck of a time!

I was in the cast of the Broadway national tour which played here - this place is fantastic. Backstage is state of the art. If you have a chance to play this house, TAKE IT.

Two couples enjoyed our first event at this venue on a Friday evening. We managed to get some great seats front balcony but center stage. The technology involved these days to change scenes and sets is amazing.....the talent was very good, though we were puzzled why the singing was done by two performers not in the story, just singing on... There are numerous facilities at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. This a beautiful complex. We attended the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall. While I did not love the performance, 'For the Love of Bernstein', I found the the sound system wonderful. The Center is something to see and to try out for the arts one chooses. Parking is... More

My mother and I attended the February 1, 12:00pm performance of Shen Yun at the Segerstrom Center in Costa Mesa next to South Coast Plaza. We had seen billboard ads for this show since 2013, and last year we started seeing commercials for it while watching reruns of Rick Steve's Europe on PBS. We naturally became curious about this show... More

New Year's Eve 2014, a group of us went to Segerstrom Center to see "Kinky Boots". Another great show. I usually purchase season tickets, depending on the shows playing. I could not get the closer seats I usually like, and I was just as happy as sitting close! I think most of the seats have a pretty good view. It's... More

It's local... modern...classy... and clean. I heart OCPAC especially their student discounts for select shows. You probably have to call or check their twitter page to see if they decide to the student discount for that day because you'll have to show up with a student id and cash for a ticket for the show on the same day. My... More

Visit if you can. Bring a student and get good deals. The different venues allow for grand to intimate productions.

When you attend an event anywhere in Segerstrom Center there is ample paid parking, BUT, if your event is in the Segerstrom Hall (the largest venue) you will want to park off Avenue of the Arts, just south of Sunflower. WHY??? There's a bridge/walkway from the parking structure directly to the 2nd level entry doors. You easily save 10 minutes... More

The backstage and under stage tour was fascinating but be prepared to walk. If you can also get to the Concert Hall - it is equally fascinating with the HUGE pipe organ and how the inner workings/tunnels facilitate the amazing sound.
