This is a wonderful, very small, local theatre. But, don't let the size fool you... the performances are always on par with the larger venues. In fact, they can't do huge productions, which means there has to be quality in the performance.

We recently saw the play Nerd at the Lamb. The theater it self is located in the downtown area of Coronodo, clean and well run. The play however was horrible. I'm not sure if it was the acting or the play itself but if it had not been for the two glasses of wine, one before the play and one... More

Pros: 1. The show itself was outstanding. We watched The Festival of Christmas. It included song, comedy, a great plot line, and great acting. 2. The theater--Small and cozy, not a bad seat in the house. All the seats have a nice view of the stage. 3. The facilities--they have a nice little coffee shop that includes food and drinks... More

"All I Want For Christmas" was a wonderful play with a true message of what Christmas is all about. Acting, sets and music was dead on! Thanks for another awesome performance!

We just had too much sweets at Moo Time across the street so were walking it off and went into this theatre to check it out. They had a performance scheduled that night for the premier of The Wizard of Oz (told in a new way). We said "what the heck" and bought two tickets, realizing later that we were... More

The Lamb's Players Theatre has been a Coronado landmark for over 25 years. Their staff is versatile, diverse and top quality. They do a couple of major shows per year such as Les Miserable, Fiddler on the Roof, Oz, West Side Story etc, and these productions are always first rate. There are also smaller productions and original material like Mix Tape... More

Great plays on a rather small stage and they do miracles with the space and props. The acustics are great and it is a theater in the round. Love going there.

Last night we had the pleasure to see Freud's Last Session. Excellent! The theater doesn't have a bad seat but I would recommend being up a few rows from center stage. This is a theater with old fashion charm. Acoustics are great, two men having a conversation and the audience could hear every word. The story line was thought provoking... More

Lambs Players Theatre only has about 6 rows and 300 seats. Every seat is great. The productions are first class. If there is a play while you are in town be sure to get a ticket.

Those of us who live in Coronado are extremely lucky to have Lamb's. Not many villages this size are blessed with live theater, let along live theater with such an excellent company. We saw Freud's Last Session and would urge anyone in the village, or visiting Coronado, to see it (it runs until the 27th). We missed it when it... More
