Great views, nice beach, not crowded, with quaint and charming area. Next time, would like more time to spend here.

This was a fun beach to visit because it wasn't too busy. Coronado is just an awesome place to visit.

Sunset was amazing! Only got to stop for a bit but did so to watch the sun sink into the Pacific. I highly recommend. Be sure to get there an hour or so before sunset as the sun disappears quick into the ocean!

We had brunch at the Hotel Del Coronado and strolled out to the beach after. We first saw a sand sculpture under construction, then the incredibly wide beach. We spent the afternoon enjoying the sights, sound of the surf and relaxing. It was a little chilly for going in the water. Great beach!

The beach is so soft and there is plenty of room for everyone. The beach was so clean and very pleasant to walk. It is a must see if you are in the San Diego area.

While grooming may be the norm in CA, it is not in New England. Their beach grooming was to perfection, it made the sand feel like velvet and kept the beach clean. Not busy in November when we were there-just awesome!

An historian observed: "In Coronado, we had observed strict zoning rules before we had zoning rules!" It shows. Often voted California's best beach, it is uncluttered by buildings, or any other structures. Much pride taken.

This beach was so beautiful at sunset. We took the city bus there and was able to walk a block to the beach. Nice neighborhood and people.

One of my favorite beaches in San Diego to walk, in peace, without a crowd or lots of noise. Early mornings are best - park at the north end of the beach, walk towards the Hotel Del, and back. You won't be disappointed.

Free parking and a stroll along the beach, watching folks and dogs at the dog park and kids rolling in the sand. Nice to have bathroom facilities available and friendly folks to help you find them.
