We had 100 golfers who were playing in a Texas Scramble, and the club made fantastic arrangements for us, getting in buggies and rental clubs. Course is fairly easy with lovely views over the sound. We had a great time, so thanks to all involved. The rating relates to the course rather than the staff or arrangements. Recommended for those... More

Paired with 3 other singles with set tee-time but they were running behind on tee-times by about 10 minutes. We had 3 walkers and one rider. The tee boxes, fairways, greens and traps were well maintained and manicured. The greens were probably rolling a 9-10, incredible for a muni course. And the price can't be beat for the value and... Hi. I had the t time but it rained everyday. it looked very nice but I don't like to play in the rain. don't worry what they say about getting there early or pay the high on line price to reserve a t time, just go over when you get there and ask what they have open.

This is an old style parkland layout with tree lined holes, many doglegs and 4 holes right on the bay (3 and they the finishing stretch 16-18). Not overly long (6590 yards from the tips) with just 2 water holes besides the bayside holes, it is well bunkered and fun to play. Greens are medium speed and roll well -... More

I believe this is the only course on Coronado. It is very well kept and easy to play. The Pro Shop rents clubs. Or, just hit a few balls on their driving range.

This is a really nice municipal course you cannot beat the price ($15 for twilight after 2:00 yes for 18 holes!) the course is flat and very fair, you won't lose any balls and you see the bay on 6-8 of the holes. The course was packed on a Saturday afternoon, but pace was just fine and the fairways were... More

It is a late 1950,s golf course with several holes along the beach. This was my 23rd time to play the course and I will be back next year.

Played the Coronado Golf Course this past week. Great municipal course to play while in the San Diego area. Great customer service in the pro shop as well as the snack bar. Pace if play was a bit slow, but gave us ample opportunity to enjoy the views and vistas. Had a wonderful time and highly recommend playing when in... More

Thoroughly enjoyed a game of golf here on Fri 26th July. Rental equipment of very high standard - all TaylorMade RBZ kit. Course was in good condition. The course is a busy place, so make sure you book in advance to get the tee time you want.

This course is offers a fantastic setting in Southern California. It is not as challenging as Torrey Pines, nor is it as difficult to schedule a tee time. Especially nice for couples, but the guys love it too.
