Be prepared to be a bit awe struck, when you arrive at the estate. This is a beautiful location and the buildings and grounds are wonderful. The wine tasting room matches the grounds and buildings. Their red wines tasted very good. This is well worth the drive to visit.

Stopped to taste some great wines and ended up buying a case! Great place and very beautiful setting. Not very busy and the staff is excellent. They take the time to really explain the wines you are tasting and how they are made. They make great wines and I enjoyed all but 1. Bought a case of the Eruption and... More

This is by far the most beautiful winery in the Lake County area. The wines are exquisite. We have visited there several times and bought many cases of wine. The personnel are very helpful and make you feel like family.

The place was lovely, it is secluded if you go Highway 20 but as soon as you reach the vicinity it pays off. My in-laws are regular visitors and they invited my family to visit this place Brassfield Estate Winery. They have wine tasting wherein the host let you try at least 5 different kinds of wine. A little shop... More

Incredible natural environment. Not unusual to see wild turkeys and deer as you stroll the magnificent grounds. Wonderful staff and great wine make this an experience not to be missed!

This our second year coming here, we are totally in love with this place. It's a little hidden. But, it's a hidden gem! The wine and the staff are great. The grounds are beautiful.

Seems like a long drive to get there but it is worth it. The staff was very informative. The atmosphere was relaxed. The wine was very good. Try the wives special desert wine. It was the one we bought

Certainly off the beaten path, but a beautiful property. We were the only ones there and did a little wine tasting.

Gorgeous place. Others have written about the harrowing drive, but it's just a 2-lane road that goes up a hill. Big deal. The views of Clear Lake on the way are breathtaking, and when you crest the top, you're in a lovely valley. Traveling 3 miles on a 2-lane road doesn't strike me as particularly taxing, but then again, I... More

Brassfield Winery is a must stop while at Clear Lake and Lake County. The Winery is done very nicely and the winemaker has really done a nice job on the wines. Great grounds and great wine... A very good combination!!
