My visiting cousin has this thing about visiting the grave sites of famous people. We went to Frank Sinatra's grave site and it was really a pleasant experience. It was fun to find the grave sites of other famous people. There are fountains there and it is very quiet. We made the acquaintance of other visitors who had interesting information... More

Hardly what I expected but was just like anyone else as I suppose there are rules in the cemetary. There's just not much to say. It was a hot day and we were searching for something to do.

The graves of Frank Sinatra and other stars are located in the cemetery located on Ramon and Duvall in Cathedral City.Maps are located by the office and it is easy to find other gravesites such as Sonny Bono.

Located in Desert Memorial Park (corner of Ramon & Da Vall,it's worth a visit, especially if you're a fan.Interesting that such a huge star should have such an ordinary grave-site.Stop in the office for info on grave location, other notables buried there (the Gabors among them) and if you're lucky, some interesting stories from clerk on duty behind desk....

Sinatra's grave is in the Palm Springs District Cemetery, in Cathedral City, on the corner of Ramon Road & Da Vall Drive. His gravesite in in between sections B8 and B9, relatively close to the entrance on Ramon, in the southern section of the cemetery. Facing North, it is the fourth gravestone from the left. As of 3/24/14, there were... More

If you liked this man in life then make your way to this out of the way graveyard. There are other stars buried here also. Across the street (Ramon Rd at Forest Lawn Memorial Park) you will find more stars "resting in peace". As for me , I find it depressing even so my parents are "resting there". If you... More

This isnt a memorial that onw would quite expect. As a matter of fact in Europe this would be a paupers grave. So be it. After experiencing the grave yards/memorials to honor lived family members this is well not much. Perhaps the estate has better things to spend money on. Guess at this point it does not really matter.

The cemetary is very low keyed...there is nothing very much that makes this place seem out of the ordinairy. The gravestone itself is very plain...a little bit of a surprise to discover that such an icon as Frank Sinatra would have a very plain marker. The cemetary will give out a map if you cannot find the marker on your... More

Interesting stop if you're a fan. A VERY unassuming grave for such a HUGE personality. At Ramon Road where it crosses Da Vall in Desert Memorial Park in section B8. Site had a flag and white flowers. RIP Frank. The best is yet to come.

My husband is a huge Sinatra fan, so we decided to visit the gravesite during a recent trip to the Palm Springs area. After spending a considerable amount of time online trying to figure out the location, we decided to head to Cathedral City and try to find Desert Memorial Park. We couldn't find it in our Garmin navigation device,... More
