My husband and I went to Carmel for the weekend and were lucky enough to do the Carmel Food Tour for my birthday. It was a rainy day in November, but the weather didn't keep us from having a great time. Staci was our tour leader and we really enjoyed listening to all she had to say about Carmel and... More

Had a private tour with Staci the owner with 8 women friends who have been on more than our share of walking tours, and this one goes down as a favorite! We are all from the Bay Area, so have had the fortune to spend many good times in Carmel. Staci introduced us to places we haven't tried, and we... More

For starters, we had perfect weather, and everything else about the tour followed suit! We thought the length of the tour and the stops were all just great, the tidbits of history were interesting, not too much as this was all about the food. I thought that Stacy did a fantastic job of organizing the tour and her fun personality... More

After reading all the wonderful reviews on TripAdvisor and Zerve, I was dying to take this tour. We were only spending a day in Carmel and this was my top choice of activity. My parents bought our tickets as a birthday gift to me. Our tour guide was Staci, the owner. The tour included four restaurants and three retailers (an... More

For anyone interested in food and wine with a bit of local interest and history thrown in this is a 'must' tour. Carmel by the Sea is such a pretty and interesting place with an amazing array of restaurants, wine tasting rooms and gourmet shops and we were led us through seven locations over three hours during which we ate... The Carmel Food Tour was great! We visited a nice variety of places from a fine dining establishment like Anton & Michel's to olive oil/balsamic tasting at Trio. Food portions were just right at each place! Tracy was an outstanding guide-very personable and knowledgeable about Carmel as we walked the streets and alleys from one place to the next! A... More

Carmel Food Tours included a great tour the streets and alleys of Carmel, great food at four different restaurants, two wine tastings and an olive oil tasting. And a stop for chocolate. Oh, and Staci our guide was smart and funny. Need I say more. All in three hours.

We toured several restaurants and shops in downtown Carmel today, and had a wonderful afternoon. All of the places we visited reflected the history and culture of this beautiful place, and Staci was a knowledgeable, fun teacher. She was graceful and quite adroit at handling the variety of personalities on the tour, which made it fun for everyone.
