Each year I take my husband along with another couple to Carmel by the Sea to celebrate both my husband's birthday and the gentleman in the other party. This year we decided to spice up our trip by doing something different. We went on the food tour and my goodness what an excellent way to stroll around Carmel while satisfying... More

Surprises abounded at every culinary stop. A wonderful opportunity to explore the quaint city of Carmel. We enjoyed meeting people from all over the country and our trip director, Tracy, was great. Thanks, linda

Although I have lived on the Peninsula for many years, I learned so much on this tour! The food was great, the wine wonderful, and the olive oil and balsamic vinegar tastings surprisingly delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the chefs and hearing their descriptions of their marvelous food choices. Tracy, our very excellent guide, took us through many hidden courtyards,... More

9 grown ups in my family did this tour during a family reunion get together. We LOVED all the restaurants and shops. We had been to many of these places before but this tour provided much more in depth information and the best food and drink samples! We are still talking about the blackberry sauce on the ribs at Affina!... More

This was our second Carmel Food Tour and our first with our guide Tracy. This time we had three friends with us and met four other very nice folks. Some stops were different from the first time, which was fun. Everywhere we went, we were warmly welcomed and given lovely tastes and sips. A wonderful way to entertain guests or... More

We are locals and were given this tour as a present. Our group was fun and our tour guide, Tracy, was the best. We learned some fun historical facts about Carmel, ate fabulous food and toasted with wine and drinks. We went to some familiar places and were introduced to a couple of places that we had never been to... More

First time on a walking food tour. This was fun, interesting and very yummy. Great way to learn some fun, quirky facts about Carmel. All the food stops were excellent and our tour guide, a delight. Highly recommend this activity for first time visitors to Carmel and anyone celebrating a special event - birthday, anniversary, etc. Going back for the... More

This tour was the perfect way to kick off our month long stay in Carmel. We had a great time sampling food and beverage. We will definitely be returning to most of our stops. Kudos to Mig (our guide) for making our experience both enjoyable and informative ... She's a rockstar!!!!

Tracy was our food tour guide and had a great knowledge of the local history of Carmel and restaurants. We visited 7 stops including 5 restaurants, a chocolate shop and a wine tasting store. The tour lasted about 3 hours and was a very easy and comfortable walk. The real surprise for me was the cooperation between the restaurants and... More

This was our first food tour and the level of expectation has now been set so high I can't imagine any food tour surpassing this experience. First impressions always help to determine if you've made the right decision to spend some money. Migs settled that question just by being herself - bubbly, informative, caring, warm, friendly, there aren't enough words... More
