This tour was a delight. I've lived in the area about six months, and I learned so much about Carmel and the great restaurants and things to see in town I am now kicking myself for not doing this tour when I first arrived. The out-of-towners loved it as well. Very professional staff, informative, and easy. Recommended for everyone who... More

Mig led an excellent food tour and was very engaging and upbeat. She took our group to some fabulous eateries. My cousin found this activity online. I highly recommend it as a great way to experience the cha of Carmel, Calif.

Even in the rain, our group bonded and had a great time. Not only did we get a bit of exercise and learn interesting facts about Carmel, my friend and I enjoyed each of the 7 stops. The food served was terrific and there were set places for us at tables ready for us in each restaurant. The gnocchi at... More

My husband and I went to Carmel for the weekend and were lucky enough to do the Carmel Food Tour for my birthday. It was a rainy day in November, but the weather didn't keep us from having a great time. Staci was our tour leader and we really enjoyed listening to all she had to say about Carmel and... More

Had a private tour with Staci the owner with 8 women friends who have been on more than our share of walking tours, and this one goes down as a favorite! We are all from the Bay Area, so have had the fortune to spend many good times in Carmel. Staci introduced us to places we haven't tried, and we... More

For starters, we had perfect weather, and everything else about the tour followed suit! We thought the length of the tour and the stops were all just great, the tidbits of history were interesting, not too much as this was all about the food. I thought that Stacy did a fantastic job of organizing the tour and her fun personality... More

After reading all the wonderful reviews on TripAdvisor and Zerve, I was dying to take this tour. We were only spending a day in Carmel and this was my top choice of activity. My parents bought our tickets as a birthday gift to me. Our tour guide was Staci, the owner. The tour included four restaurants and three retailers (an... More

For anyone interested in food and wine with a bit of local interest and history thrown in this is a 'must' tour. Carmel by the Sea is such a pretty and interesting place with an amazing array of restaurants, wine tasting rooms and gourmet shops and we were led us through seven locations over three hours during which we ate... The Carmel Food Tour was great! We visited a nice variety of places from a fine dining establishment like Anton & Michel's to olive oil/balsamic tasting at Trio. Food portions were just right at each place! Tracy was an outstanding guide-very personable and knowledgeable about Carmel as we walked the streets and alleys from one place to the next! A... More
