Over the course of 3 hours, we visited 6 different places including restaurants, wine tasting and an excellent olive oil tasting room. Our tour guide was charming, knowledgeable and most importantly, a local. It's a great way to discover hidden gems that we wouldn't have seen otherwise! Highly recommend anyone visiting Carmel to take 3 hours and go on this... More

Where can you can access to some of the best restaurants, wines, olive oils and chocolates in just a few hours? Well that is all possible with the Carmel Food Tours headed by the brilliant and beautiful Staci Giovino. She is the founder and has masterfully orchestrated a tour that is the best I have ever been on. She and... More

Really didn't know what to expect and came away with a treasured memory and new friends. Heaven for foodies and those who love to pair wine and cocktails with food and friends. Mig is exuberant and generous with her knowledge of the local haunts and the history of this little jewel that is Carmel. I felt that our group was... More

On July 26, I took 4 guests on this tour. I live locally and take many of my friends and relatives on the food tour to showcase Carmel-by-the-Sea. Staci has put together a wonderful blend of places to visit. I was especially pleased with the addition of Affina to the tour. It's a relatively new restaurant, and a favorite of... More

too much talking, too little tasting. please 74 dollars for crap. never again will i ever do this again. the food was dry, puny and very sad. i was having difficulty swallowing the rib with the tiny bit of burnt meat that was left on it. its all hyped by people who like to show off and say ooooh i... We work very hard to provide a 5-star experience to every guest, and it is clear that we missed the mark entirely in this case. While we stand 100% behind our guide and our tour, obviously there was a disconnect with you. Our policy is to not offer refunds, and we have never, ever been asked to make one related... More

We had a great tour with Staci and Amber and visited little passages that we would never have found, got some great history on some of the buildings and most of all the food and wine we tasted were excellent. They really did a great job.

We had a great tour through some of Carmel's must-do's today with Mig. She ofdered fun insight into the community from her experience as a life-long local as we meandered. We stopped for great bites at Anton and Michel's and a wonderful new find for us, Affina Food/Wine! All of our seven stops offered a new taste, many of which... More

Meg, our tour guide was fun and very knowledgable! My husband and I spent a week in Carmel and took this tour our last day in town. I would recommend taking this tour sooner than later in your trip to really get the lay of the land. Great way to try different restaurants without ordering a full meal! The five... More

Stacy at Carmel Food Tours was our guide this week and this was hands down one of the most fun ways we explored Carmel. Carmel is a town NOT TO MISS on your coastal tour of California. This tour includes 7 or so visits to local restaurants, wineries and a fabulous chocolate shop. Its about a 3 hour tour. The... More
