I love this course - so much so my wife and I played it three days in a row. Well maintained, great staff, really nice practice area - just plain fun. Beware of the wind or light breezes - they will make you think twice about your club selection. Fantastic Resort golf.

A great, challenging course. Hilly, too - definitely need a cart... Well maintained and friendly staff. Would love to play here again!

I love a course that loves young golfers and bends to accommodate them. We were staying at the Carmel Valley Ranch and the Golf Course is just a wonderful part of the property and experience. My son and daughter (pre-teens) wanted to golf with me and this can often be difficult or an experience. The course did whatever it could... More

This is a very nice resort golf course. Not particularly difficult or challenging, but with a nice mix of hole. There are a couple of elevated tees where the views go on forever. It was in great condition in November.

The golf course and surrounding is beautiful, very well maintained, super fast greens, ..no words to describe the golf course and the house in which we stayed. There was only one thing I didn't like: after finishing a round of golf, we stopped at the club house (you know: with the beautiful view to the hole 18, we wanted to... More

My husband and I, along with our two friends, stayed one night at Carmel Valley Ranch Lodge and played two rounds of golf October 23-24. We booked the Unlimited Golf Package. It was a wonderful experience. The course is beautiful and challenging. It is also meticulously well kept. The staff in the pro shop were attentive and helpful, and the... More

We escaped the fog of Monterey for a thoroughly enjoyable day of golf at Carmel Valley Ranch. We had been crushed the day before by an expensive and brutal cart path only experience at the Links at Spanish Bay (I'm a 15 index) so this was truly restorative after that grim slog. This is an early Pete Dye course before... More

It was bright and sunny when all the other courses were fogged in. Deer and turkey on the course with splendid views and a fun but not overbearing challenge. Highly recommended!
