Fun park, they have baseball fields, basketball courts inside and outside. Carlsbad Community Center also holds classes inside. A nice playground for the kids. There are table and places to grill if you want to. Outside tennis courts as well.

Great place to spend an afternoon walking/hiking this expansive set of trails. There are railed walkways and open areas that challenge the best when climbing the peak and down. The views from the top of the ocean and the large lake embedded below is breathtaking as is the clean clear air. Just a fun day withe the dogs too if... More

I love to hike to the top of Calavera hill... 30-45 minutes. On a clear day you can see 180 views of the ocean.

We had our homeschool PE classes there for quite sometime before the park administrators decided to charge and put more stricter rules for holding classes there. The park is well maintained and has your usual outdoor basketball and tennis courts. Nice fields for baseball and soccer games. There's a big playground area and covered prevalion.
