At my company holiday party I won an $800 gift card for La Costa Spa. On August 13th my wife and daughters went there. My 20 year old daughter had her eyebrows waxed and was burned (see the attached photo). Not only were the burns painful - too painful and "oozy" to disguise with makeup - but she was quite... more

Stayed overnight at the resort on a spa package. I'm going to review the resort separately. Spa was fantastic. I would rate it as perfect if the locker/dressing areas were more spacious. On a busy Saturday, there was not enough room for everyone and I stood waiting around for room to just get in to my locker for nearly 15... more

While staying at La Costa Resort, I treated myself to the Hawaiian massage and it was fabulous! My attendant, named Joy could have easily been named Bliss--- she was that great and attentive to my concerns. There was no comparison with other massages I've had, esp.
