I had one of the very very best massages at the spa on August 31st. I had "Elizabeth" (her real name is a polish spelling similar to Elizabeth but I can't remember it exactly) and she had magic hands and a great demeanor. The price is steep but you don't leave either the treatment or the spa area without feeling... More

I'm surprised by the negative comments I've just read about the Spa at La Costa. The facilities were beautiful and every employe I spoke to was courteous. I went on a Friday so there were quite a few people there. Some of the women were chatting loudly but they weren't obnoxious. I loved the Roman shower and my massage was... More

To be clear, this is a review of La Costa spa products, especially the shampoo and body wash. We have stayed at the La Costa Resort and Spa, and find it fine, though dated and tired after decades of use, even after the facelift and investments. We hope the Omni team will lift this well-sited property back to the glory... More

My friend and I decided to get away from the kids for one day and spend the day at the La Costa Spa. We were not hotel guests we just wanted a nice place to have a drink, a treatment and a good time. First I want to say that my massage therapist was very nice and did a great... More

We've been going to La Costa for over 25 years. through renovations, different ownership, etc. The prior time we stayed at the hotel, the experience was not great and things were unruly at the spa (too many noisy bachelorette parties, etc.), so this time, we were staying in La Jolla at a beautiful hotel, which had its own spa, to... I have been to many resorts and many spas around the world. How lucky am I that the spa treatment I received from Katrina is only blocks away from where I live. I initially signed up for a firming facial, but when Katrina looked at my skin she told me what I needed was a hydrating facial. She was amazing!... More

Went here to spend a "spa day" to celebrate 50th year with a few high school girlfriends and I want to visit again! It is breathtaking, serene, and full of options. We all had pedicures and massages and spent the rest of the time on the grounds experiencing the sauna, steam, whirl pool and the cafe. I saw quite a... More

If you're travelling solo and don't want total isolation, skip this. The spa menu is non-existant---a spa cafe with over mayo-ed tuna salad, chicken salad and panini sandwiches- doesn't come close to comparing to what is true spa cuisine offered at Sanctuary in AZ or Canyon Ranch or the Golden Door. Spa facilitie are nice but not over the top--can't... More

An excellent way to spend a day-- massage, sauna, steam room, pool. An outside area to lie in the sun, great service. It's all good.

Stated my mini-vacation at the spa. The package deals are well priced appropriately. Loved the meassage, facial and lunch.
