This is a good golf course that is well maintained. The design is quite interesting though not as interesting or as beautiful as I would have expected. Given the price of this place, maybe there are other options. But I would say that if given an opportunity, playing here isn't a bad choice.

It is very pretty, but worth $250 per person? I don't think so. Nonetheless, the service and place are very nice.mwe were not resort guests, if you can get a better deal, go for it.

My wife and I came out to enjoy a vacation away from the heat in Arizona. We were looking forward to playing this course. they loaded it up that day with a bunch of tourists who had never played golf before. There were several groups treating the Teebox like it was a driving range. The course marshals were aware of... More

Lush greens and fairways, little traffic noise and very good customer service. The game was about 4 hours and the amenities were very good. The Proshop had everything you would need to play from arriving without even shoes and clothes. I will go back Expect to pay $220+. Call San Diego Golf for deals. This is associated with Hyatt Resorts.

Well maintained great staff customer friendly all the way and I even saw Scotty Cameron in the bar... awesome... Greens were a little slow from the recent rain and overcast go but still awesome.

Played in a charity event, 4 man scramble. Course was immaculate, greens fast and fair. Fairways well manicured with many elevation changes that kept it interesting. Hope to play the event again.

I have played courses all over the country. While the views do not compare with Pebble the course is great. From the moment we arrived and stepped out of the car the staff could not have been nicer or more informative. The course was in great shape. Even though they had sanded three greens they rolled consistently. The course is... More

Best of the best in San Diego. This is one of San Diego's finest golf cources offering nice cool breezes and scenic ocean views. The fairways aer long and well water. the green are large and groomed. Only drawback- it is pricey.

Carved out of the lagoons in Carlsbad is this Arnold Palmer designed beauty. Extremely well manicured fairways and greens, with several waterfalls and foliage to accent the great views from many of the holes. Over the top service and a "must play" for those who want a great golfing experience. We'll worth the dollars spent.

I really like this course. It's pretty challenging with quite a bit of contour and elevation changes. It is almost always in excellent condition. It is usually not busy and the pace of play is good at a bit over 4 hours. The staff and service are outstanding. The rates are a bit expensive for a resort course, but it... More
