This bridge is astounding in two ways. First, the hang bridge architecture is fantastic: the bridge spans the bay as a huge sail ship. Be sure to take in its view, and take a picture, from farther away on the road before you enter. The second astounding thing is the toll of €13.20 (particularly the 20 cents!) I deducted one... More

Is an interesting bridge, great piece of engineering...but is just a bridge. For sure there are many other things to do someone who is around patra.

This bridge is just amazing & mind boggling. One cannot describe this bridge adequately, it almost looks as if it is defying gravity. We walked across the whole length of the bridge, which took about an hour, but well worth the effort, the views were just spectacular. We took the ferry back & as foot passengers we travelled free. A beautiful view from every side : When you are in the seaside or you trans pass it or you see it from an airplane Day or night with these special lights during weekends! It's very difficult not to admire it !

One of the modern wonders! It's worth a trip just to admire it. The tolls are totally off,13 euros each way!!The tolls to Hades would be less

Its a great and long bridge and beautiful to pass through and views are spectacular. We got down a little after it at a rest area and crossed the road towards the sea and had the full view of the spectacular bridge from little far.

walk around, take a bike or use yout feet to walk around.. nice view and great experience, there is no fee if you go on foot, but it you take a car, please pay 12 euros one way...

A real breath taking sight as you approach the bridge on either side of the waters. A real magnificent sight and achievement for Greece. It could be even nicer if they had thought of a small layby half way where tourists could stop and take some pictures, although that may cause other problems with traffic and safety reasons. you can walk or you can drive from the one side to another (rio to Antirio) If you driveyou have to pay tolls
