I booked a place for the Aerial Tram tour with this company, to be picked up from San Jose. After a few minutes of waiting in the hotel lobby, the driver called to say they have been delayed and it will be an additional five minutes. I said fine. He then arrived forty minutes late (!). No explanation was given... More

Very informative, relaxing and great views. Unfortunately, weather was in our favor so we did not see as much wildlife as anticipated but rain forest was beautiful. Leaf cutter ants the surprise hit of the day. Amazing to see in action. great staff, nice lunch, beautiful facilities. Also, well organized. I would definitely do this again. More

We took the Aerial Tram to the top like everyone but then we got off for a hiking tour of the Rain Forest with Leo. It was the best trip I have had in a long while. You want to see animals and wildlife get off your butts! We had lunch by the river and hiked through the rain forest... More

We had d good tour guide so long trip to tram was interesting. Excellent guides at tram. Dissapointed at lack of birds and blooming plants, but that is the nature of the wild. I would go again. More

All the people involved in the tour were very knowledgeable about botany, biology and geography. This country has a lot of living things that are interesting to learn about. Viewing from the sky-tram in the rain forest is both interesting and exciting. You will not want to miss the boat ride in the canal to look for different types of... More

Although the bus ride from the port was long, our guide kept us informed and entertained. Another guide joined us on the aerial tram. He was exceptional - pointing out the many types of vegetation. We saw so much of the rainforest on this hour long ride gliding through the different levels. Although it was raining we were amazed. We... More

We experienced this tour as part of an all day shore excursion from a cruise ship. It takes about 2 hours by bus from the cruise docks, but you get to see just how beautiful Costa Rica really is. Upon arrival, we boarded the tram cars, which are a bit cramped, but not totally uncomfortable. Each car has its own... More

This was a pleasant tour. You went on these tram cars that were a little compact, but comfortable. Note that it was raining hard the entire time, but there was a roof on the tram, so it was ok. It was very sceneic, and you saw alot of plants and a few birds, and a few insects, but NO animals.... More

What an exciting excursion. After a 2 hour ride through the countryside of Costa Rica, viewing banana and pineapple plantations, we arrived to be immersed in the tropical rain forest. The highlights were an easy (and paved) 45 minutes walk through the lower canopy, followed by a 70 ride on an aerial tram through the middle and upper canopy. We... More

We stayed there for a night and were accompanied by a brilliant guide that made our visit interesting. It is really expensive as you have to pay $300 for two (including the guiding tours). The staff is very friendly overall, the lodge is nice and clean and the night tour is really good. One thing they forget to mention is... More
