We took the Bluff Trail, an easy one mile walk along the coastal bluff. Gorgeous views. We saw what one hiker identified as a rosy boa slither across the trail. They warn of poison oak.

Ever wish you were somewhere far away from everything and everyone? Well this is one of those places. I cannot describe how absolutely beautiful this place is. We saw deer running around, seals playing in the ocean, beautiful pelicans hanging out on the ocean rocks. It was so quiet and peaceful. There are benches where you can sit and just... More

This is a wonderful walk with spectacular ocean views and lots of wildlife to see. Either jog it for some exercise or just stroll along and enjoy a casual morning or evening. No place any prettier.

We start on the south end of the bluff walk and walk all the way to the playground. We stop to use those restrooms then return. We walked it today and saw seals on the rocks and swimming. It looked like some were baby seals too. The view is incredible. You will see wild flowers, squirrels, birds, and the beautiful... More

This is one of our can't-miss destinations when in Cambria. Not only is it beautiful, but they allow our dog, OFF LEASH! She loves it. And so do we. Do a short, ocean-view walk, or a longer hike through the pines.

This is a beautiful walk along the ocean in a natural setting. There is one path that is leash free, as well as acreage up the hill to peruse. The path is pretty basic, maybe 1 mile each way? Great to try if you are in the area

The hiking here is great with many trails to choose from. You can hike on a boardwalk right on the cliff above the ocean, or walk or cycle on the middle fire road, and have your dogs off leash. The upper trails also have great views, so you can see the whales at certain times of the year. Bring your... More

I live here and get to take this walk often, but every visitor we take agrees with us, that it is the most beautiful walk we have! Good path for disabled also.

The Fiscalini Ranch extends from the center of Cambria all the way to the ocean. It cuts a wide swath right through Cambria and is some of the most beautiful land on the entire Central Coast! There is an abundance of wildlife that meanders through the Ranch with places where one can sit and enjoy the beauty. I often pack... More

I started at Moonstone Beach and walked up here - there is a loop about 2 miles-ish around, it was so hot, in 80's that I preferred to walk along the ocean view path until i reached the residential bit, then turned around and walked back the same way. You are allowed dogs on leashes, there are some unusual sculpturesque... More
