We hiked the Bluff Trail and it was so beautiful. The boardwalk trail is so well maintained and the scenery is incredible. Can't wait to return and hike some of the other trails. We stopped in town at the Fiscalini visitor center and they were very helpful answering questions, giving background on the property and describing the hikes and birds/animals... More

this ranch area has trails throughout and vary in the scenery. One follows a bluff that overlooks the coastline and Pacific Ocean. Others lead from grassland into Pine forests. Dogs can be off-lease in some parts and there are plenty of benches for rest or to sit and enjoy the view. Most tourists know nothing of this area in Cambria... More

We found ourselves in Cambria on a stunningly warm, clear day in January. A little research led us to the south end of the bluff trail in Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. A short drive off of Hwy 1 through a residential area, we found a small parking area and headed up the path near "Otter Cove" (although we didn't spot any... More

Trails go through a forested area, open areas, and right to the beach. Could have wondered this area all day!

Acres and acres of beautiful trails with spectacular ocean views. All trails except the clifftop bluff trail are off leash for dogs.

We hiked here for about an hour with our dog, and got a nice workout, great views, and a happy dog. The trail right along the bluff is relatively flat, and we saw several seals on the rocks. The trail along the ridge is less crowded and has wide views in many directions. Our dog enjoyed this hike, too --... More

The bluff trail is a great place to walk for ocean views and an easy, mostly flat, two mile trail. I would do it again.

Moonstone Beach is pretty amazing too. But this is where to go when you want to spend more time by yourself. I love charming little towns like Cambria; it would have been worthwhile if no outdoor had been available. But what makes Cambria truly exceptional is having outdoor like this right on the town's doorstep (my hikes started at my... More

We took the Bluff Trail, an easy one mile walk along the coastal bluff. Gorgeous views. We saw what one hiker identified as a rosy boa slither across the trail. They warn of poison oak.

Ever wish you were somewhere far away from everything and everyone? Well this is one of those places. I cannot describe how absolutely beautiful this place is. We saw deer running around, seals playing in the ocean, beautiful pelicans hanging out on the ocean rocks. It was so quiet and peaceful. There are benches where you can sit and just... More
