If you are looking for a winery thats not crowded and has great customer service then this is the place to go in Calistoga. I also recommend the cheese plate with your wine tasting experience.

This was a smaller winery that really want out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience for us. The grounds and views were beautiful and we sampled about 10 different wines. We even tried a new grape that we've never heard of called Charbono. Make sure u get their Zinfandel. Good visit

We happened upon Summers Winery one day while visiting Calistoga. The tasting room and patio are very welcoming and cozy comfortable. The staff are very friendly and informative about the wine. The wine is yummy! We spent time out on the patio while tasting and played some bocce ball. We will definitely be back. Make a reservation and enjoy.

Loved this vineyard, the staff was very knowledgable and friendly. We walked the vineyard with a very friendly staff member. It felt right and never rushed. The story was amusing and the wines were delicious especially their 2011 Cabernet

This is a great winery to visit. The people are extremely nice and very informative. We did the chocolate and wine pairing -- which I highly recommend. We loved the wine so much, we joined the wine club! Very reasonable, great wine. We will be back!

This seemed like the most corporate of all the wineries we visited. Everyone was pleasant and the wines were fine, but it everything seemed sanitized and lacking personality. I would go for their signature wine, and it seems that they can accommodate a large tasting if arranged, but not my style.

Thought this might be a hidden gem - I was wrong. go to Arroyo for a better time and nicer people. Tasting room personalities can make or break the experience.

An uncrowded winery (for once) and very good wines. We particularly liked the Charbono which is a wine not many wineries make in the US.

The tasting room is nice the Charbono Wine is great. Summers Winery makes some of the best wines in the Napa Valley in my opinion. If you are in the area stop by and try the Charbono!
