An uncrowded winery (for once) and very good wines. We particularly liked the Charbono which is a wine not many wineries make in the US.

The tasting room is nice the Charbono Wine is great. Summers Winery makes some of the best wines in the Napa Valley in my opinion. If you are in the area stop by and try the Charbono!

Great tasting room at a small, quaint winery. Wines are fantastic and worth the drive to Calistoga. Really enjoyed this tasting.

Found some really nice cabs in this small production winery. Knowledgeable staff even directed us to another winery that they liked just down the road. split the tasting and bought a cab for that night. worth a stop.

We had read some reviews about how beautiful of a place this was, so we went out of our way to drive there. It's not. It's nice, but just not all that special and the wine was just okay. That said, the server (sorry I don't remember his name) was a retired tasting room manager and was the most interesting... More

We really enjoyed the wine here, the girl pouring the wine did a fine job, was pleasant and knowledgeable about the wine and gave us time to enjoy it.

This was our second stop on our bike tour through the Calistoga Bike Shop. My wife and I enjoyed the scenery and the wine. The staff was friendly but not too interested in their clientele. We did our tour on a Friday morning/afternoon so there was not much of a crowd.

We, like many, it seems, stumbled into Summers after visiting a nearby winery. We were thrilled to see a 5:30 closing time, and raced in a few minutes before 5. The server could barely contain an eye roll, but put on her game face and served us anyway (oh, the injustice). It was full-on speed wine tasting, with the next... More

We stopped here around 11:30am on a Friday and were the only people there for the first 20 minutes, which was a nice experience. It made for a convenient stop on our way out of Napa Valley into Sonoma, as it's at the very tippy-top of the valley, on your way out of (or into) Calistoga. The tasting fee was... More

Stopped in at Summers after another winery said they were closed at 4pm. Great choice, excellent wines. I had been there before and they had some beautiful sweet whites, this time however no whites, no sweets, just good reds and a Rose. Not that any were bad and actually, I enjoyed them all. The tasting room was pretty much ours... More
