We love champagne for breakfast and that is what we had at Schramsberg. The cave tour and learning the history was very interesting. They still use the French champagne method to make their product. The property is beautiful and the wines are exquisite. Highly recommend.

We started our wine trip with this tour. It was very informative. We learned so much about sparkling wines and of course got to taste too! Perfect start to a trip.

This is one of the better wine tours in the Valley. The history goes back to the 1800s, the grounds are beautiful and the wines (primarily Champagne style) are excellent. My only negative is that it has become a VERY expensive tour. If not for that, I would have rated this excellent.

My Husband and I chose this winery as 1 of our tours in Napa. We had a great day. We visited the caves and our guide was very informative. After the tour we got to taste the wines. They are sparkling wines and very good. This was one of our favourite visits. It was worth the $60 fee.

We were in the wine country and were looking for some sparkling wine. Beringer recommended that we go to the winery. The road up to it is very quaint and the house on the estate is pretty. People behind the counter did not seem all that helpful. I came away with the feeling that they were very snooty. I guess... More

A historic winery producing some great sparkling wines as well as limited cabs. Make sure to take the tour of the wine caves and the tasting. Be sure to bring a camera as the grounds are equally as beautiful as the wines are tasty.

Schramsberg crafts the finest sparkling wine this side "of the pond." Small intimate tours of over an hour in the caves... A true learning experience... I live in Napa Valley and this is my must see for friends and family... I import a wonderful champagne, and still by from here!

This tour was great in the fact that you got to see the caves and the rows upon rows of champagne. The champagne you taste is great!. $60 seemed a bit over-priced, but it's fun to do once. Our tour guide was not very good though. Kind of awkward and didn't really add much to the tour information wise. I'm... More

The caves and wines were awesome. And Art was a great guide. But doing a cave tour with 12 folks, single stop tasting of 5 varietals/vintage and then back to the main house in 75 min??? It was definitely nice and worth an experience but not at cost of a private tasting at established wineries

We went in August to Schramsberg. We took an entertaining, light tour of the hand-dug caves and enjoyed a luxurious flight of bubbly tasting at the end which truly hit the spot. I enjoyed this immensely and highly recommend it for anyone who likes champagne or it's equivalent in the USA.
