Tamper Bey was the highlight of a recent trip to Napa. The setting was utter perfection: beautiful staples, vineyards, tranquility and exquisite wines. We left with wines and a club membership! We can't wait to return.

I went to Tamber Bey with 5 others and we all love it! The grounds are lovely and we especially loved interacting with the horses. We did the cookies and wine tasting tour with Cher. We love her!! She is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We were a mixed group, with some young wine drinkers to more seasoned wine enthusiasts; she... More

We had been recommended to Tamber Bey. We were very happy that we chose the wine and cookie experience. The grounds are beautiful. We had Victoria as our host, she was great. When I heard of the cookie pairing I wasn't thrilled but both the wines and cookies were wonderful. These aren't ordinary cookies so well worth it. We will... More

My wife and I stopped here on a bike ride to vineyards in the Calistoga area and, of the three that we visited, Tamber Bey was our favorite! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt very welcome. The main hosts were busy with a tour group, but he quickly poured us a glass of wine and said... More

We were a party of 4, and leaving a full day of Bocce from Chateau Montelena. We decided that it would be fun to stop somewhere we hadn't been to, or heard of. Lucky us, we hooked a right into the Tamber Bay driveway, and were transported into stables and vino! Yup, this is a full on ranch with cowboy... More

The wines were all pretty enjoyable. The price of tastings has escalated to a ridiculous point In this region in my opinion. But generally as long as you purchase they waive the fee. Not here. Unless you joined the wine club or spent $75 I think or both. That being said our pourer was really nice and everyone there was... More

My friends and I decided to take a quick 2 day jaunt to Calistoga for my birthday! Our plan was rent bikes and bike to a few chosen wineries. When we were picking up the bikes the owner told us Tamber Bey was worth a visit. From the minute we called for the reservation this was an unbelievable experience. We... More

Full disclosure, we are members of the wine club and have loved Tamber Bey wines for years, but this was our first time at the ranch in Calistoga. What a fabulous place! Tasting is by appointment, and it definitely worth making the phone call. The tasting room is at a working horse ranch. It is very picturesque walking with a... More

We were expecting a really cool experience and it was even better than we imagined. First, the setting was so unique and relaxing. We were drinking wine on a gorgeous day in really comfortable chairs surrounded by horses on the beautiful grounds of the equestrian ranch. Everything is so personal - the staff was terrific from the moment we walked... More

If you LOVE horses and LOVE wine then this is a MUST SEE!! This vineyard is on an equestrian farm. The wine is more than excellent (especially the Merlot) , and I am thinking about joining their wine club! The staff was amazing and the grounds were beautiful. It is right next door to the historical geyser as well. If... More
