we have been a few times and this is the first year we got a cabana! Service was great! Kids wanted to be near the wavepool, however not so great when the alarm sounds and the waves start, gets loud! But still an awesome time!

We were visiting the Los Angeles area to see our son and his family and were looking for a place to take our 2 year old granddaughter. With the weather report calling for 97+ we decided the zoo was out and Soak City was in. Pretty much a typical waterpark, our granddaughter was content to spend the entire time in... More

This water park is dedicated only as a water park, which was awesome! It was about the kids for me and the loved it there. They had slides, tat toddlers can go on, babies can sit at the edge of the pool area and splash away!

Don't buy tickets on line. It use to save you time and money (not any more). Cabana's are expensive, food is bad quality and very costly. Cabana's do guarantee a shady spot, someone to get your food/drinks rather than standing in line for hours, an inner tube for each person in your party, and a safe to keep valuables. The... More

The place is starting to look run down already. Not enough seating for the amount of people in the park. I was barely able to find a spot on the grass in the corner of the park to sit. The food poor and over priced. The staff is not very friendly and most of them appear Lazy including management. Tried... More

On the weekends get there early cause the lawn chairs get taken or you can bring your own and place them... More

Wow, I expected this place to be so amazing. It started with our tickets...the tickets were two park passes, said so right on the ticket. We'd been to the amusement park, so we went to soak city, and they were not going to let us in. We kept showing the employee the part about two parks. After waiting 10 minutes... More

Got the two park pass for family and glad we did. Went to Soak City first at about opening time midweek. Hit a few slides as about 20 different summer youth camps arrived and inundated the place within an hour. Lines got too long to enjoy so we switched over to the Park (similar situation but better). Nice water park...not... More

I have to say my kids had a great time. However, as a mom, I will never bring them here again. I was so disappointed in this park. The whole park is dirty but the changing rooms are down right unsanitary. The floor is so slippery and filthy, paper towels everywhere, no proper ventilation, it smells like a swamp. There... More

This is a great place to take the kids. There is a lot to do us adults loved the lazy river and the children loved everything it was a challenge to get them to take time to eat but it is a blast
