Located at the foot in the beautiful Eastern Sierra mountain range, the Paiute Palace Casino is the areas only 24-hour Vegas style casino, featuring over 300 of the latest and most popular slot machines and a variety of table games.

We are located at 2742 North Sierra Highway (Highway 395) about two (2) miles north of the City of Bishop, California. The Paiute Palace Casino is proudly owned and operated by the Bishop Paiute Tribe.

The Paiute Palace Casino was established in October of 1995; the Casino's first home was a small temporary building. In April of 1996 the current Casino opened its doors and today, with over 65% Native Americans employed, it is one of the most Native American employed casinos in the State.

The Paiute Palace Casino keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter while enjoying gaming activities - the latest and greatest slot machines, blackjack and poker. Our restaurant, Tu-Ka-Novie offers great food at prices more modest than any other found in the Bishop area.

The friendly and courteous staff of the Paiute Palace Casino can assist and familiarize you with the Casino games and cater to your needs.

First, outside drinks are not allowed. I had a coffee and the security guard came up to me and asked me to get rid of it. I went outside and finished it and went back in. He thanked me. I signed up for their players club. They gave me $15 extra because I showed them my lift ticket from Mammoth.... More

The city of Bishop is my half-way point between Palm Springs and Lake Tahoe, so it a must for a fluid adjustment break, a stretch, and a bite to eat....there are a few pretty good restaurants there. I also needed gas and the low prices at the Casino pump got my eye...and I decided to take a food break as... More

I liked the slot machines even though I didn't win any money here. It's not a very big casino but it's the only one out here and seems to be very popular. We went to kill a few hours and have some fun.

Very friendly staff. Signed up for players card and got free credits and a couple decks of cards. The Casino is kind of small but not to smoky or crowded. We enjoyed our selves very much.

This casino is quite nice. There are not alot of casino is the area. This one is clean and the staff are very friendly. It has a good selection of games. It seems to be very popular with the locals. The small restaurant/cafe inside has very good food. We had fun there. It was a nice change..

We go to Bishop often and at every stop we gas up at the paiute palace and use the potty, not to mention getting a snack for the ride home. Everybody is friendly and we usually run into somebody we know.

When walking in I realized this was not a regular casino. Not impressive, very outdated. Slots were ok, but again, a little run down. Not sure why, but in one section we were all fighting off little bugs. They were popping out of nowhere. Crawling up your leg or arms. It was pretty bad. Bathrooms should be picked up more... More
