Located at the foot in the beautiful Eastern Sierra mountain range, the Paiute Palace Casino is the areas only 24-hour Vegas style casino, featuring over 300 of the latest and most popular slot machines and a variety of table games. We are located at 2742 North Sierra Highway (Highway 395) about two (2) miles north of the City of Bishop, California. The Paiute Palace Casino is proudly owned and operated by the Bishop Paiute Tribe. The Paiute Palace Casino was established in October of 1995; the Casino's first home was a small temporary building. In April of 1996 the current Casino opened its doors and today, with over 65% Native Americans employed, it is one of the most Native American employed casinos in the State. The Paiute Palace Casino keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter while enjoying gaming activities - the latest and greatest slot machines, blackjack and poker. Our restaurant, Tu-Ka-Novie offers great food at prices more modest than any other found in the Bishop area. The friendly and courteous staff of the Paiute Palace Casino can assist and familiarize you with the Casino games and cater to your needs.

Very small compared to other Indian Gaming Casinos I've been to, but surprisingly updated in their selection of slots. There's a good mix of older to just-released games, and covers all ranges of betting. The staff here is very friendly and goes out of their way to make the time spent pleasant. Overall, a surprising little diamond in the rough.

Friendly staff and the casino had a great selection of machines for being so small. If you want to take a break while traveling down the 395, this is a great place to take it. I will go again for sure!

It is an Indian Casino. Can't really say more than that. I know better than to go into an Indian Casino. Never win and have to pay for water. All in all it was a clean and cute place.

This is a small, cramped, musty, noisy, smelly casino whose main draw is gasoline a few cents cheaper than the surrounding places (on 395 between Reno and LA, that is a big draw.) The bathrooms are dismal!

This is a small casino in Bishop. Its a place to go for some night life in Bishop. Its staff is friendy. They have a restaurant that offers prime rib specials on Friday and Saturday night. We have stopped by, but generally just stay an hour or two (depends if we are dining).

I was with relatives who gamble (I don't) and I was driving so I ended up in this run of the mill casino. Boring. One day, some tribe will get the smarts, ban smoking, and laugh all the way to the bank.

A smallish casino but at times, who knows when, you can win big here. The staff is friendly but the guy at the door looks so bored with his job that I would dump him if I ran the place. Doesn't even look at you when you enter he just sits at an elevated desk holding his head up with... More

Small, friendly, home town atmosphere, not too smokey. Didn't win a lot, but oh well, isn't what casinos are all about?

For a good meal at a good price, this is one of best places to go to in Bishop, CA. They have a good variety on the menu. Get a player's card, even if you don't gamble so you can a discount on your breakfast meal. Unfortunately there is cigarette smoke in the casino area.

A small run-down casino. Forget eating here. If you love the slots, this is the only place in Bishop.
